We ordered two kids’ meals, but each box was only half full. When we asked for more, the staff explained that it’s Chipotle’s rule to serve smaller portions for kids’ meals. This is ridiculous—the portion we received wasn’t even enough for my 3-year-old, who is a light eater. They were also out of chips (mentions during payment) and only replacement option was orange and were told they arent authorized to replace with anything else. I would avoid this Chipotle. Haven't had such horrible service at Chipotle.

I asked for double chicken and what I got was a joke—half scoops passed off as full portions like I wouldn’t notice. For over $14, I expected a good size bowl. Instead, I got a barely filled container with what looked like a regular portion at best.

It’s frustrating when customers are willing to pay extra and still get shorted. Skimping on portions while charging premium prices is not just greedy—it’s disrespectful. This isn’t the first time either, and sadly, it’s become a pattern.

At this point, it feels less like a meal and more like a ripoff. If I wanted a snack, I’d hit the kids’ menu.

I always heard of the Chipotle downsizing, but never experienced at any location but this one. I ordered a steak taco and this is how much steak I got. What a shame, this location should be ashamed of itself.

Food was gross the steak meat was cold and tasted funky my keto bowl was mediocre this layer of letteuce an 2 leafs of spinach tiny amout of spread out steak and thin layer of cheese and guac that wasnit you are better off goun to a taqueria. We are not from the atea so decided to try it because we were 2 blocks znd had not eaten in a while 2 miserable half emty bowls bowls for $35.00 hope we dont get sick

Very rude and disrespectful service by Maria.
We went at 7:30 pm. There were no fajitas and corn. We placed the order for 3 veggie bowls, one build your own and few sides. Maria shows utmost hatred on her face while preparing bowls and serving size was less than 1/2 of usual portions!!
After saying no to fajitas and corn, after we checked out, immediately she opened new container of corn. Why decline if you have the ingredients?? She said fajitas will take an hour to prepare! We are frequent customers and received Very very bad service. Hope owners take this review seriously and take some action to prevent this in future.

This place is still the best taste wise and I frequent this place often. However off late they have been very stingy with their portion size and inspire of asking them for a little more , they act to add more.

Disappointing Experience – Not Up to Chipotle Standards

I frequent Chipotle often (top 4% according to the app) and have visited locations all over the country—but this location was by far the most disappointing. Portions were noticeably smaller than usual. I asked for extra cheese and was made to feel like it was coming out of the employee’s paycheck. When I requested a second side of vinaigrette because the first cup was barely a third full, they charged me for it—something that has never happened to me at any other location. To top it off, the staff was visibly annoyed and rude throughout the visit. Definitely not the level of service or quality I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. I won’t be returning to this location.

They have no idea how to manage inventory. Short on all portions and delay in service as a consequence. This is a sign of bad management, avoid this location until they fix
