Highly recommend this restaurant. The egg rolls, Pho and Bun Bo hue are the best in SF Bay Area. 10000% sure.??

I came here on the recommendation of a friend and the pho here is really delicious.I didn't understand what the other opinions said about the noodles being overcooked, maybe it was that one time (I think they had the option to tell the waiter about the problem, and they would have fixed it).We received the noodles just right and I made a mistake when I ordering something for a child of my family and they helped me make the solution very kindly.

Food is mediocre. Staff seems lifeless. Manager is as rude as they come. Short and simple , won’t be coming back. Gonna head over to Stevenson and try different pho spots out.

DO NOT GO HERE! worst costumer service! do not give business to a place and a rude “owner“ who sits on a high horse and does not care about you as a costumer.I waited over 35 minutes on a plate with no apology instead the “owner” was mad I sent the food back. waitress didn’t smile once, go home and rethink your job choice if you’re not happy. I’ve been here many times before but never again! and yes Nicky I know you’ll reply don’t bother. I reserve the right to spend my money where I’d like and post reviews like you told me to, saying you didn’t care about costumers or reviews.

Not a good business model due to ownerships lack of respect towards customers. My family went out to eat and my sister waited 40 minutes while everyone else was almost done eating. When approached about this they were defensive instead of accommodating and said that the dish she chose takes longer and continued to serve food to other people who were there later. If this is the case, the owner should warn people about ordering this so called long dish to make. It was obvious the waiter forgot to put in my sisters dish. After 40 minutes, they rudely bring out the dish. Who wants to eat after that? A good business owner would handle this differently and de escalate the situation. We received hostility and immatureness from the owner. We are locals in the area and had been going here for a while even though customer service has never been their forte. I will now let others know to not eat here.

Since I moved to the lower east Bay Area I haven’t found a pho that’s as good as this one. It’s always challenging finding a good pho place and I am happy to have found this one! The pho is deliciously tasty! Check them out!

"Where's the Meat!?!"I frequented this location when I lived in the area and loved their pho, bun, bahn mi, spring rolls etc. The other day I was in the area and excited to return for lunch. To my surprise, it wasn't hearty but the cost sure was. $9.33 for a sandwich. My bahn mi was on stale daysss... old bread, hard, dry and the worst was "Where's the pork " So DISAPPOINTED!!See for yourself...

I've been eyeing this place since they opened but only visited recently this week. I regret not visiting earlier because their food is so solid. My boyfriend wanted bun bo hue and said it tasted just like the way his mother makes it. Nicely balanced lemongrass flavor. My bbq pork vermicelli bowl was also SO YUM I love getting these bowls especially in the warmer months because it reminds me of Korean bibimguksu which I grew up eating.Their Vietnamese coffee also got a thumbs up from my boyfriend and I enjoyed their mango slushy (they use real mango bits) Will be back~~~
