I hope management is reading this review. I got ice cream here today and your employee who's name starts with an S and wears glasses did not wear gloves to make my ice cream and also, used their non-glove hands to contact my waffle bowl with their fingers inside to bring it to the counter. After that, the ice cream was put inside my waffle bowl. It goes to show this employee is not aware of handling ice cream in a sanitary way. A suggestion is to post a reminder near your employees to wear gloves and not cross-contaminate from non-gloved hand contact. One more thing. The worker had to touch my debit card to swipe and pay for the ice cream. Imagine how many times he touched other people's cards and cash while handling other people's ice cream orders after this.I still ate my ice cream because I did not want to be an upset customer and have the worker make it for nothing, which would be a waste. I love Cold Stone ice cream too. I just don't enjoy seeing my order get contaminated from non-glove hand contact.

Do not come here! I would give zero stars. The guy working there on 1/15/2023 should be removed or reprimanded. We placed an online order and it stated it would be done at 3:15pm. Arrived at 3:35pm. Showed up and while waiting in line, the employee sees a friend and lets him cut the entire line. Then when getting to the front he not only forgets to make our online order he has have us retake it. He wore NO gloves making our ice cream. Management here is terrible and customer service is terrible as well. First time at location and most definitely last. Would rather drive 30 minutes the other way to avoid these guys.

This is my first Google review and i feel bad that i have to give negative comments about a store and a boy who was working there.Just now went to the store because i was so thirsty and felt very dizzy. I had warm water with me but then i wanted to have something cold so i went to the store. The Indian guy (young one probably somewhere between 17-20) who was there said he is closed. I respected that so i went back to sit in the massage chair opposite to the store. Then i realized he was serving another customer who passed me. I went and asked him saying "you said you were closed" and he said they just asked for an icecream. The boy didn't even ask me what i wanted and he immediately said he was closed. That's so bad. I feel like such a young boy and how come he had that kinda attitude. If it was my son there, i would have been so disappointed with this kinda behavior. What did he see in me that he didnt even want to ask what i wanted? I still feel very bad about this. Whoever is the owner of this coldstone, please tell your staff not to disrespect anyone in life. Who ever the boys parent is, please tell your kid not to disrespect anyone or demean anyone in life. That's not how we want to be treated, right?

B******** Lol. Went in at 5:48 on Sunday the girl says they are closed. I ask what are normal business hours. Does not respond. Mind you I have my three kids it was a basic ice cream chocolate with Kit Kat. Another man comes out and says we close at 6. So I look at my phone and say it's 5:48 can I order my kids ice cream or not ? He says sure. Great. And then ms. Girl has a moody boo boo face. The whole time and side eyeing him. He then says they don't have the toppings. I say if you're not closed I don't get it. They deny my order and I'm thinking it could've been this super fast easy order for two kids instead I got some half a** response and dumbass attitude. If you're not closed then take peoples orders I don't get it ? It wasn't 5;59 pm. And plus online it states 7pm but whatever. Either way it wasn't fucken closing time. And if you don't wanna do your job get a fucken new one. Lol

Worst customer service. The manager Denise has no clue how to talk to customers. She was rude and very Condescending. I had issue with my melted ice cream. I also ordered two of the same size one had half of size of the other ice cream. I asked her why? She said because your were given half scoop. I asked why? She rudely told me, do you want to pay more? I will put some more. I was simply asking why half scoop, why not same size as the other one. I paid the same for both. She was very incompetent as a manager. I will never go there again.

Cobwebs that tangle the Cold Stone Creamery sign high up at the store front may add free topping onto your order anytime!Newpark Mall itself looks miserable, its stores are unwelcoming, workers seem bitter, retail there is barely surviving...

Cold Stone located inside Newpark mall. Stopped here a few times in the past prior to pandemic. Always seen long lines for ordering. I think they are one of the few shops still around in Newpark Mall. Staffs are always friendly and chatty. Service is very fast as well. Ordered Coffee Lovers Only on my last visit and it took barely couple of minutes to be ready. No need to mention that it was great - one of my Cold Stone favorites! Please do visit if you are at Newpark Mall. Recommended.

The business hours for this location is not accurate on its website. Website, and Yelp, says open until 9 pm on Fridays, but it closes at 8pm sharp.
I was happy to see that Cold Stone is still around. They usually have a long line and we managed to sneak in our orders when there was a lull. The employee was very friendly and sweet. The novelty of the Cold Stone mixins wore off a long time ago but they still make good ice cream.

Tasted new flavor Ultimate Cake batter experience, and it is quite good. Creamery is located right next to Macy’s @2nd floor. Lady serving there is friendly and taking care of guests nicely.

I was very disappointed!!!I got the birthday cake remix!!& can you believe they were out of sprinkles! The main thing in birthday cake remix!& The girl making it didn't even add chocolate syrup or that much brownies and when asked i her she acted like she didn't hear me!! so she finally added a little chocolate syrup! which she was very rude and didn't care that I was very disappointed with my ice cream!! It did not taste the same I don't know why every time I go to the cold stone at Newpark Mall I'm let down!!But my daughter works there at the mall so I figure I'm there and I love cold stone so I'll give it another try !!but again I was disappointed!!

I like the ice cream. I only complain because yesterday the ladies serving the ice cream did not wear globes, and did not have proper training. The youngest one was handling our empty cups grabbing them by inside (like grabbing two cups with the same hand with two fingers and no globes!) I just asked them why no gloves and the older one said because the spoons and utensils slips when preparing the food. I barely believed that. no good experience. I usually go to Hayward A street. no complain of that one.
