There are two major reasons why my husband and I will not return to this restaurant. 1. When we entered, we waited for minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Once seated, we waited for another ten minutes before anyone came to our table. Once the waiter finally contacted us, he stood there without saying anything to us, and just looked at me. I didn't what was going on, so I ordered my item. After I placed my order, he just walked away without asking my husband what he wanted. Before he got too far away, I asked him if we could order one more item for my husband; the waiter walked back over to our table and took my husband's order with an extreme look of annoyance on his face. I don't know what the hell we did wrong here. After we finished our meal, my husband requested a to-go container for my sandwich, in which the same employee handed him a paper bag and said, "just wrap it up." Needless to say, my sandwich didn't fit but we were done with this experience at this point. 2. Pho broth was watered down, and warm at best. The protein portion was skimpy in the banh mi sandwich. We still tipped them 20% but won't be returning.

New order system sucks .We should have looked in the bag.I would not order some meatball thing ever.I order the same sliced beef .Instead of offering to replace just get my order correct . Meat things not for me.

Did not get the free pho after ordering 3. It was not even offered or mentioned to me. Broth is decent. Grilled pork chop was good but a little salty.

We were happy with our take-out order :) We ordered the beef pho - broth was flavorful, the portion of noodles was great, and we loved all the side condiments they provided. Thai teas were fine, the bobas were not very soft - so definitely had better (but not the main thing so it was fine). Definitely would go back.

I love eating food fresh at the restaurant but when I just want to stay home, I'll DoorDash banh mi sandwiches from this location. It's affordable and is absolutely delicious! It might rank as my favorite banh mi sandwich. I never eat grilled pork, but I tried it for this sandwich and it was so good. Even delivered, the bread was toasted and crispy and the meat was tender and flavorful. When my husband tried his sandwich, he was also impressed how good it tasted! It's the first banh mi sandwich I've ever craved and I hope this restaurant stays open so please support them!

$18.95 for beef stew pho is more than what I'm willing to pay. I'm already pretty standoffish when it comes to pho restaurants because every pho restaurant I've been to skimps on the meat and charges an outrageous price. I won't be returning anytime soon.
