Went back and got the $15 for 5 plain croffles and they were DELICIOUS! Crispy, chewy, layers of butteriness. This place is so underrated. I promise you'll love the croffles.

Pretty good. Had the strawberry one. Crisp sweet bottom. Cream not overly sweet. Strawberry was tart, but sweet strawberries are hard to come by. Would I have another one? Yes.

What a hidden charm ! This caught my eye while walking in the mall(located upstairs by food court) The food is soooo good everything is made fresh once ordered Service was GREAT, I missed the young lady name but she was helpful and had great answers to all my curious questions. Ambiance is cute as far as the set up. If you are looking to sit down be mindful the food court area is nearby. 10/10

Adding a review to hopefully help this spot get more visibility. I thought this place was pretty good for the price and would come back.[[ Location ]]The small amount of reviews is probably due to the fact that it's located in New Park Mall which is kind of dead right now until they get more stores in this area. It's on the 2nd floor near Cold Stone Creamery and Wetzel's Pretzels.[[ Service ]]The staff I thought were pretty nice but since the croffles are made "fresh to order", it can take a while to get your order if a lot of people are also waiting.[[ Food ]]I never had croffles before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I found it to be a pretty good snack. They seem to use a croissant batter and cook it in a waffle iron. Overall, I thought for $4.50 to $5.50, this was a pretty decent deal as the croffles were decently large. We got:1.) Strawberry Croffle2.) Biscoff CroffleBoth were pretty good in my opinion but my Strawberry Croffle had a chemical taste to it. Maybe I got the first batch of it when they cooked it and it had some leftover spray? Not 100% sure. The Biscoff Croffle was much better with no chemical tasteHoping this place survives so I can try more creations later on.

I don't like cronuts but I like croffles!! You gotta taste it! I had nutella and banana - it was delicious!!! My husband had the apple pie with cinnamon, the apples were under cooked so not so delicious but still tasty.

Unique snack but overpriced. Basically a puff pastry that they cook in a waffle iron, with toppings. I wish there was something actually unique or different about the dough, some sweetness, flavor, anything.

Sweet tooth kicked in and we decided to get Croffles instead of ice cream...I didn't expect much, but the Croffles were delish! We really enjoyed the flavor & texture. Almost went back for seconds but we didn't have enough time. :-) Original is good all on its own... BUT try it with the whipped cream and toppings for that extra sugar high :-)

Yummy! Finally gave this place and so glad I did! Ordered the original (gobbled it before taking a pic, sorry), strawberry, and Nutella w/banana, washed it all down with an iced vanilla latte.Everything was good, will definitely come back next time I'm at Newpark

I honestly think croffles is an overrated product. It really is. I don't know if it's a croissant dough just placed in a waffle maker, or if it's a combination of croissant batter and waffle batter. There's truly NOTHING special about the croffles they make here. I tried the following items on the menu: Oreo, Ice Cream, Apple Cinnamon, Strawberry and Triple chocolate. The Apple Cinnamon selection had apple sauce on it, I believe. Apple sauce DOES NOT go on a croffle, in my opinion. I also tried Triple Chocolate which was also not that great- just heavy whip cream with chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips on it. In my opinion, croffled would taste better if they are warm and soft, not cold and hard. Also, since they can't really come up with anything truly creative, they just added a bunch of unimpressive toppings i.e. apple sauce, nutella, heavy cool whip cream. I think this croffle fad is not as impressive as some people think it is or advertise it as. It's just a fad/hype which won't last too long.

Never heard of Croffles before but I wanted to give it a try. It is surprisingly simple, its just a more crunchier version of a waffle with various toppings. The price is fair and the variety is reasonably. I ordered the Strawberry Croffle, not too sweet, its just right.
