Poor customer service!
Love Fruit au lait! Try Mango with coconut milk (light ice), add crystal boba and lychee jelly, make it 25% sweet. Thank me later!
Love the Purple Reign
I stopped by Feng Cha Teahouse on Jarvis Avenue and immediately liked the clean, modern vibe—it’s bright, with chill music and plenty of spots to sit and chat or study. The kiosk ordering system is easy to use, and staff were helpful when I asked about drink recommendations.
I ordered the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba**, and it absolutely lived up to the hype—creamy, rich, and with that signature brûlée crust that cracked nicely when stirred. I also tried their Dirty Taro, which surprised me with actual taro chunks and a smooth, not-too-sweet balance. Honestly, the taro foam on their taro milk tea deserves a shout-out—it adds a nice texture dimension. Boba texture was spot-on—soft, chewy, and not overly sweet.
The menu variety impressed me: from fruit teas like Kiwi Basil Green Tea to indulgent milk foam creations and even small cakes for dessert-seekers. They accommodate dietary preferences too, offering dairy substitutes and adjustable sweetness/ice levels.
One minor note: some drinks, like the Matcha Breeze, could use a stronger matcha punch, but overall flavor is well-balanced and refreshing. Service was quick—even during a weekend pickup run, staff were efficient and friendly.
Feng Cha Teahouse hits the mark for great taste, friendly service, and a comfy atmosphere. Their Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba and taro offerings are standouts, and with adjustable options and a modern setup, it’s become my go-to boba spot.
Good boba and desert.
Lost stars because they closed the bathroom. It says out of order, but we all know that just means they don't want to clean it 🙄
The cakes are light and soft. I will need to try them all. The matcha breeze tasted like premium matcha.
really good quality matcha
The new one cookie crush was mind blowing
Ordered an earl Grey milk tea but found this in my drink today. I've been a loyal customer so this is very disappointing
I think their dirty boba is the best one !!
Pearl boba cooked very well !!

I just came in for some plain tea and hot water and the selection was so huge. I guess I am a plain mind when it comes to tea but they had just about everything you can imagine and more that you can do with tea. Also a nice selection of deserts but I didn't try any of those as I just got some hot tea. Very relaxing environment! I would come back again.
I order the same drinks online every time. Four times out of the last couple months, they forgot to add boba to my drinks, even though I paid extra for it.
Nice variety and great atmosphere.
