A little disappointed with my drink. I got the dirty taro milk tea and I ordered 50% sugar because of the brown sugar boba, and my drink was still overly sweet.

I enjoy their Mega Greens drink quite a bit. Sometimes it gets sold out, so if you are specifically looking for the mega green smoothie, you could also check if it’s available on their website online ordering. The yogurt sits at the bottom and is yummy. I love that this store is flexible with customization. I like 0% sugar and it is both a relief and joy they are able to do that. There is ample parking. It feels like God is smiling down at me. having parking is great. I tried their oolong rose milk tea and found it delicious. It has a nice floral taste that I enjoyed. Not many milk tea stores offer floral oolong tea flavors. one downside could be that it is a bit pricey.

Visited around 5:30 PM and unfortunately they were already out of cakes, which was a little disappointing since we were hoping to try them.
However, the drinks more than made up for it! We tried the taro milk tea and a fruit tea, and both were really delicious — fresh, well-balanced, and not overly sweet.
Great place for quality bubble tea. Hopefully next time we can catch their cakes too!

I ordered the Thai Milk Tea, which was advertised as a creamy milk-based drink. Instead, it tasted like orange-colored water with ice, with little to no milk present. I was very disappointed, especially given the price. For an approximately $8 drink, I expected a properly made milk tea—not plain brewed tea diluted with water.

I will start by saying the drinks are on another level here! You can tell everything is freshly brewed and made to order. The teas have actual flavor not that watered down sweetness you get at other places. Feng Cha manages to get the balance perfect every single time I visit. The sweetness level is on point everytime and ice options are flexible from milk tea to fruit teas and even hot drinks. The boba is honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time soft, warm, chewy, and perfectly cooked every time. My personal favorites are creme brulee dirty boba milk tea and mango fantasy with lychee jelly added :)

Menu is pretty limited compared to other boba places and tea was average. I would go here again because it’s near where I work but definitely not my favorite.

Poor customer service!

Love Fruit au lait! Try Mango with coconut milk (light ice), add crystal boba and lychee jelly, make it 25% sweet. Thank me later!

I stopped by Feng Cha Teahouse on Jarvis Avenue and immediately liked the clean, modern vibe—it’s bright, with chill music and plenty of spots to sit and chat or study. The kiosk ordering system is easy to use, and staff were helpful when I asked about drink recommendations.

I ordered the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba**, and it absolutely lived up to the hype—creamy, rich, and with that signature brûlée crust that cracked nicely when stirred. I also tried their Dirty Taro, which surprised me with actual taro chunks and a smooth, not-too-sweet balance. Honestly, the taro foam on their taro milk tea deserves a shout-out—it adds a nice texture dimension. Boba texture was spot-on—soft, chewy, and not overly sweet.

The menu variety impressed me: from fruit teas like Kiwi Basil Green Tea to indulgent milk foam creations and even small cakes for dessert-seekers. They accommodate dietary preferences too, offering dairy substitutes and adjustable sweetness/ice levels.

One minor note: some drinks, like the Matcha Breeze, could use a stronger matcha punch, but overall flavor is well-balanced and refreshing. Service was quick—even during a weekend pickup run, staff were efficient and friendly.

Feng Cha Teahouse hits the mark for great taste, friendly service, and a comfy atmosphere. Their Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba and taro offerings are standouts, and with adjustable options and a modern setup, it’s become my go-to boba spot.
