Good Boba place. The Boba drinks and fruit tea drinks are good. Only a little too sweet (I ordered 25% sweetness but it still was a bit too sweet for my taste so if you usually order 50% sweetness somewhere else, order 25% here maybe). What I liked the most was their cakes, I bought Tiramisu treasure and sea salt pearl and they were yummy! The chiffon cakes were very soft with the yummy toppings. The staff was very helpful also.Parking: Mall parking

Drove all the way here from 20 minutes for my favorite boba. They used to make it how you like it. I would get half the amount of tea to cut down on caffeine but today the young woman at the counter told me that was impossible. For a place that did so many custom configurations previously, going back to a lonely suburb type outdated service austerity is not exactly going to propel this business forward in this dietarily sophisticated market. The young worker was so confident and challenged me that every time I came in the past this was how staffade the drink. I guess the young staff member felt confident standing her ground.

Pretty great bubble tea. I enjoy their fruit tea a lot, and their milk teas are great too. The service is prompt.

Very welcoming interior design, with plenty of seating with tables decorated with flowers. I cannot remember exactly what I ordered, but it was along the lines of a summer special where it was a mango flavored drink with Sago and it was absolutely delicious. I added Boba to it and it was extremely fresh and chewy. I couldn't finish my drink and had to leave it in the fridge, but when I came back to it several hours later the Boba was still chewy. Signs of a really good boba. Would always recommend Feng Cha

I've always loved Feng cha, and was so excited to see there was a location in Newark. The Thai tea is my favorite by far - not too sweet unlike other Thai teas I've had, with a strong tea flavor. There's a decent number of seats inside and it hasn't been too crowded the several times I've gone. Drinks are always out fast and service is friendly.

After dinner, we came here for boba. We used the kiosk to order our drinks. A lot of drinks looked good but I'm a sucker for dragon fruit. I got their bursting dragon fruit tea and my husband got the mango fantasy. He said the drink was ok. Mine was good esp with real fruits. Overall the cost of the drinks is high. It's about $6.75 for a drink!I would come back to try other drinks and thankfully I'm not a heavy boba drinker

Going in, I was already greeted with fantastic customer service by one of the workers (I don't remember their name but they had red hair) and they helped me with my order and was really friendly. I ordered an Iron Goddess drink which was a bit more sweeter than what I expected, but the service put me in a good mood. Overall a great experience.

I have been trying this place many times. All the drinks are consistent always. This time I have Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with 50% sugar which was perfect for me. Plenty of seating and parking lots available. Quick and friendly cashier!

Place is in a great location with surrounding food places. Stopped by after having dinner and it was pretty busy for a Thursday at 8:30 PM. I ordered the strawberry overload with boba. It took awhile to get it but it was pretty good. The people after me didn't have boba in their drinks because they ran out. It makes sense why my boba was very fresh. The tea itself was okay, I feel like it could have been a little sweeter. I was surprised it wasn't that sweet since I asked for 100% sweet. Overall it's a great place to have drinks with friends and desserts. Pretty clean inside and plenty of seating.

Don't be fooled! The Dirty Boba is not actually dirty (it's named that way possibly due to the color mixture)! It's deliciously creamy and loaded with perfectly prepared boba. You have the option to pair it with milk or black tea so if you're sensitive to caffeine, you will have many options here including their fruit based drinks. The drinks are reasonably priced and the menu isn't too extensive so you know that the drinks they specialize in are likely well made with regularly stocked ingredients. If you're into foam, they have many foam options for you to choose to pair with your drink.Sweet tooth? Also covered! Although I haven't had a chance to try yet, they do mini carry cakes topped with boba. The parking is plentiful on this side of the mall so you should have no trouble getting here. The only thing is that it gets busy! We came on a weekday evening, and there were probably about 20 patrons in a span of 30 minutes. There are a lot of seating available for a boba shop but it quickly filled up. Given the layout of the shop, it does get crowded with the bottleneck being around the order kiosks and entrance.Given the amount of activity, there was a slowdown in fulfilling the orders but the staff did a great job in adapting and shifting responsibilities to get the orders through. The cashier stepped away when there was a lull in the new orders and stepped up to start preparing drinks as well. At no time was the staff flustered - they did a wonderful job handling the rush and were friendly throughout our visit.Given that each quadrant of this part of Newark has a boba tea house, there are options when it comes to milk tea but having experienced all four, my top preference after accounting for all factors as of now would be Feng Cha. Will definitely be back!

I love this place so much! I'm so glad they relocated bc now they are closer to me! Located in a plaza with any other food places with plenty of parking! They offer so many different drinks! This is the only place I can switch up my drinks and be satisfied! We love bringing our family and friends here bc it never disappoints! They have a bunch of other locations around the Bay Area and they are always so consistent. The iPad is a self serve option but the card reader is always down! They encourage you to order there when it's busy but it doesn't even matter but I never been successful completing a transaction on it. It always tells me that the iPad needs a restart after I spend so much time entering so many different drinks. The cashier ended up taking payment to complete my order. There's also not an option to remove cheese foam on a drink. Otherwise, great service, great drinks, great experience!Oreo milk tea, Thai tea, lychee milk tea, matcha and dirty boba are our favorites. The fresh fruit teas are also a refreshing treat!

Wonderful to find a good tastey boba tea place in Newark neighborhood! The creme brulee was a unique combo with boba pearls mixed with a creamy foam tea and ice. The space looks clean and cool to hang out in with a huge cute bear to do a selfie ? with. Service was quick and easy. Next visit maybe a tempting flavored cheesecake ?!

We ordered a Dirty boba ( brown sugar, boba, milk, milk foam top and 25% sweetness) and a classic oolong milk tea with at 25% sweetness. The boba in the dirty boba was sweet ( make sure you stir or shake your drink first). The classic oolong you can’t really taste the tea but can taste more of the milk/cream. The boba was really good with just the right amount of firmness and chewy. Overall enjoyable drinks.

My first time coming to the Newark location of this boba establishment, and it was a good experience! The interiors are super cute, with decor that reminds me of the cafes I would frequent in Asia. I was the only customer there while I went, but as more people hear about this branch I can imagine it becoming pretty crowded. For now though, it's nice to be able to order and sit at my own leisure, without worrying about crowds and noise. I think this would make a good hangout and first date spot :)The drink selection is standard with some of the more traditionally popular options available, along with drinks I don't see very often elsewhere (like dragonfruit). Sizes are pretty big, though I will note that the prices are on the higher end - most drinks cost $6.50 without additions. (Maybe you're also paying for the relaxing and kawaii atmosphere.)As preferred, you can customize your sugar and ice level and I enjoyed my 50% sugar 30% ice dragonfruit tea on an especially hot day. Pro Tip: for any drinks in the Fresh Fruit Tea series, you can make it decaf by substituting sparkling water!Come here for a refresher, stay for the vibes.
