I came to this location today for the first time and ordered an iced brown sugar milk tea. There was hand sanitizer by the straws near the register and the cashier was helpful and patient with me fumbling around with my credit card. I asked for 25% ice but he put more than that. He asked if it was ok that he put more ice in before he sealed the cup and I said it was fine. Then while handing me the drink, he said he can make me another with less ice if I want. Decent drinks here but the service is highly questionable. First place I have gone to that can only take EXACT cash payments. I mean who pays exactly cash anyways. Charging my credit card dont they have to pay a 3% fee to the CC company? I mean seriously d****

Wasn't bad but definitely not great. Tea is subpar and be warned 100% is SUPER sweet. I would've given four stars, but the two girls working the register were rude and unfriendly. They also had no idea what was on their seasonal menu. My boyfriend tried to order Taro Milk Foam, which is on their menu under their seasonal drinks and they both acted confused and had no clue what he was talking about. Instead of nicely explaining they did not have such an item, they acted...
