The store is very clean and organized with a relaxing vibe.

Ordered the matcha mango smoothie. Consistency was good but matcha taste could be stronger. It tasted a bit faint. Service was good. Interior leaves more to be desired. Tea smelled very good inside. I am curious about the Thai tea and other teas. Will go back.

I heard about Happy Lemon for a while now. I was thinking about going to a different cafe today, but decided to come here since I've been thinking about it. I have to say that they serve delicious boba tea. I like how there is a waitlist on the TV screen so that you can keep track how much process the food is made so far. The guy seems to be working all alone and he's very nice. Also the place is quiet just like most boba places. I also am looking forward to trying other drinks here.

As always, there is excellent service at the counter. I tried Happy Lemon in many states and cities. It's the same as good as others.
Take out only. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today. Ordered 3 drinks. Taro milk went bad/spoiled. It had a bitter, slimmy, warm taste. Went back in for a replacement, but they refused..said"...all Sales final..."

I had a very disappointing experience at Happy Lemon recently. The disorganization was quite evident as they passed my order to the wrong person. To make matters worse, the wait time was exceptionally long, and they were far from transparent about it. The refund procedure was equally frustrating; they kept promising it would be done, but I had no idea when it would actually happen. Overall, a very frustrating visit that left me unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
