I had a Hinodeya Ramen, but I feel it is ready cook meal. Broth is light, and noodle is slightly overcooked. More importantly, noodle is broken all the way. Spinach is undercooked. I feel it is so different from one in SF. I feel a bit cheap food compaed to SF branch

I always have to doctor my Ramen to taste the way that I want it, but this came exactly the way that I love my Ramen! The broth was delicious, the noodles were perfectly done, and the spice was existent but not overwhelming. As a big back, i approve

Dinner at Hinodeya has been a great experience so far, especially vegetarian and vegan options. They have a great spread of Sake too to accompany the food and a welcoming ambience. Although the space seems a bit crammed up during peak dinner time, an early dinner could help that. The spicy edamame and creamy vegan have been my go to veggie items. The softie cones are an added plus for the dessert. A cute highlight is the origami crafts added on the serving plates.

First time visiting and will definitely be back. Ramen was absolutely delicious. Perfect spice levels( I can eat way hotter). Cozy atmosphere and great service.
Cozy little shop with quick and friendly service. Food was delicious and I especially appreciated the gluten free noodle options for my gluten-sensitive daughter. Only negative is that the plaza it's in is a little sketchy.
