We came here at least once a week with my wife but today were disappointed. we got 2 plates and the other plate has hair on it. they said they gon refund the other plate but when i got the bill they just adjust like $3-4 discount. what kind of customer service is this? okay i said thats fine paid the bill and the server even put a 20% tip for himself. not coming back again!!!!

Our food was delicious and server was good but there was a server that kept on coughing since we got there. She would cough in the air and every once in a while she would cough in her arm. What we didn't like she was cleaning the hot sauce bottles in the kitchen and coughing a lot!! She either needed to go home or wear a mask for that much coughing!! Management needed to do something and he was there.

The food was generally good and the service great. Kids menu, value and quality was good and was the Denver omelette. The Poblano egg Benedict was very spicy due to the fresh Serrano peppers added to the sauce. I was surprised to taste such a spicy dish at IHOP.

I walked in to pickup an order and I was confused on the price because it’s always the same when you do it online but I called in this time this punk kid with a grey beanie walks by and says ya theirs tax buddy I’m 60 years old I’ve never had this issue anywhere in this town please don’t have this punk kid work here he was clocking off work around 3 pm what a little jerk I don’t know if he’s young or what but I’ll be complaining to corporate about this location and the young man who clocked out who thought he was cocky thanks no manager ever called me back either

I was here with party of 8 celebrating 3 birthdays. First Karen our waiter said she can't accept my gift card coz their system is down. Second , she wouldn't accept the reward points for kids meal. After asking for manager he said the system may come back if we can wait. Karen came back right away to ask for the gift card. The manager took kids meal off manually like I suggested he could. My bill was $123.40 I paid $50 with gift card leaving the balance of $73.40 which I paid by credit card. But guess what, even though I spent $123.40 they gave me bar code for only $73.40 for reward points Why am I not given bar code for the full amount of $123.40 Shouldn't I get points (coins) for the total amount for my next visit. I have filled out a complaint form online. Let's see what happens. Oh and they use to sing happy birthday but Karen said they don't do it anymore.

I wish I could remember our servers name we had a fabulous time in Newark we were there for business we ate down the road from our hotel at IHOP The food was hot Delicious and everything seemed to be fresh I'm not a big fan of eating out but I was pleased we ate there four different days and every time our server was amazing and so was the food
