Easter morning away from home, enjoyable experience. Shorter wait than expected, and server was available immediately! Food came quickly and was cooked just as we like it... without any additional instructions. We had omelettes. They were cooked just right, not dry at all!

Our server, Adrian, was really friendly and on top of things. We never felt like we were waiting or that we needed something. Good server, for sure.This was the absolute cleanest IHOP we’ve been in. We’ve been to several that had food remnants and crumbs on multiple tables, in seats, on the floor, etc.. with bathrooms absolutely covered in toilet paper. Not this location. This location looked like everything was untouched and unused.My only complaint is food related. The chicken strips on the appetizer sampler ($15.00 for three chicken strips, three mozzarella sticks and about seven onion rings) were over cooked, barely above chicken nugget size (like maybe two inches long), covered in with a very thick, heavy breading that tasted like old oil and flour. Not good.Our to go order came out quickly, packed up and ready to go. I even left without checking my to go order, which I never do. I trusted Adrian had everything in order.Overall, everything was good.

This is one of our favorite places to eat with 2 small kids. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. For some reason their burgers are really good. I get the basic bacon and eggs. Never disappointed.
Food is okay. When the place is busy, the food comes out a little sloppy as if it were prepared in a rush.On regular weekday mornings, the service is n different. Takes about 10 to 20 minutes just to get your coffees or juices.I like this location for the staff, very friendly and most servers are polite, coming around to ask if anything is needed.

The worst of ihop food I ever had. Not sure if they have changed the recipe to keep up with the inflation but omelets has more cheese than meat. The T-bone steak is sad.2 of my family members had to visit the toilet after we left. My stomach is still grumbling usually I have a strong stomachAnother chain off my list.
