John's Incredible Pizza - Newark

This is a great place to bring your toddler. we had a blast all the time we visited this place.very enjoyable and affordable. we miss this during this covid times?

I done with this Newark location , $76.37 for John incredibly DIRTY. I honestly was scared to let my family eat. The seating areas Was disgusting, No tables available because they were never cleaned. The one table I did find Was not properly Sanitized, and chairs Were filthy. I made the decision not to eat, And immediately had the kids go wash their hands.The kids was very upset Because it’s incredibly small amount of pizza options in the first place. The Icy machine was out of service. I decided to go straight to the arcade, Finally I can say kids had a good time. I Definitely recommend if you could skip the food, go straight to arcade eat elsewhere. I personally will rather spend my money at Chuck E. Cheese Concord.I’ve been here several times, and I really like how the staff takes germs Serious.I always see staff Wiping down games and tables throughout the day. If you are a germaphobe this is not the place for you. The buffet is a great idea, if only the adults would accompany the kids to minimize the mess. I understand they may want a youthful working atmosphere but a little more adult presence is needed especially over the food. With all that said, The kids had a great time.

Great place to have fun and kill time. Buffet isn't too bad for the price, but with these amenities comes a high amount of people. Wash hands often and especially before eating. Other than this, it's been pretty fun here.

Amazing experience perfectly priced excellent food friendly staff and fun for all ages. Perfect for a sunday outing with the family or a great place to host a birthday party! Highly recommend

Had a coupon with almost half off entrance fee which was a good deal. Allowed more money to buy play cards.(not included in entrance fee) Buffet and Drinks can't go wrong with all you can eat the food was decent. Plenty of games even on a Saturday which was busy there. Short lines for the rides. I enjoyed the fact adults can join in on the rides with the kids. We had a great first time experience!

Filthy! Just went there tonight, MLK day. How does the eating establishment pass code? Dirty dishes and used napkins everywhere, including where the clean dishes are. Most food was old and crusty , with the exception of pizza. Dirty cups and glasses by the coffee station and soda machines while the employees are chatting.

We stoped by this location because we went to others and liked it. We walked in to a kiosk that you paid on. I never seen this and asked for help the guy kinda had a little attitude. I Looked passed it and went in anyway. My husband and I looked around at the food and after looking we didn’t want to eat there anymore. My husband stoped what looked like a manager (we didn’t get his name wished we did) and told him we didn’t want to eat there. My husband didn’t want any of the food and it was a mess. The manager said there is no refunds!!!! After a few minutes of talking he wasn’t going to give us our money so we tried to eat something. They weren’t all that busy. But they need more workers!!! All the tables were dirty. Buffet was dirty. The same mess was on the salad bar the whole time we were there. Food on the floor for an hour The elevator even had food in it when we came in and when we left The bathroom was also horrible. Not to mention that all the stations were always empty and you had to wait for them to bring out more food

1/11/20 was my first time going here. It was not the greatest experience from start to finish. I came there with my best friend and our kids. We were in line to get our ticket to go inside. It seemed like one of the kiosks were down but the guy managing the kiosk told us nothing. So naturally I asked the families in front of me what was going on. One lady told us one kiosk was down but to use the other one. So my friend and I went to the kiosk to purchase our tickets for the buffet and games. I guess we were in taking too long, the guy managing that area stepped in between us and said "you have to pay for everyone" and proceeded to interrupt my purchase. We told him that's what we did. He snatch our papers to check. I was ready to leave at this point but I had to remind myself that were here for the kids. So I went in and the guy apologizes for his misunderstanding. By then I was already upset so I just kept walking. So then we get in to sit down and soon realize the tables have not been cleaned. We get our food only to notice that there are no utensils or dishes. A lot of the machines and games weren't working either. In my mind I was wondering what we paid for. This could be better experience if they trained thier staff better. I felt like even management had a bad attitude. As an MBA grad and government employee I was amazed at how badly ran this place was. They're still probably turning profit but if the customer service and mismanagement keeps happening they won't last.

Good place for birthday parties. Paid entry gives access to buffet food and arcade for kids. Has location to watch football or basketball games. Beer there for purchase. Good for kids.

Never ever again my daughters birthday was tonight my guest felt unwanted uncomfortable the staff was telling them get whatever you need to get because you’re taking the food off the Buffy the manager stormed in the elevator telling us we cannot go out the doors and come back in Not only that yes when you’re trying to pay for yourself it’s very hard to do The people that work there are very rude My guest and I was on pins and needles I couldn’t walk out because there was nowhere else to take a big group of people and a huge princess birthday cake and I had a character come in But to be honestly truthful I would not let anybody else Waze their money on this place it’s not a fun place For kids either half of my kids couldn’t ride the rides It was nobody on the floor they make you waste your time trying to get it in the please to pay for everyone and everything Set up trying to help you learn how to pay for your tickets to give you attitude about it Food horrible cold hard None of my guest did not eat I end up bringing them to my house and I am going to Jack-in-the-Box Only thing was good out of it was my character that I Brong Jasmine she was the best Mind that my daughter enjoyed her more and my guess is kids This is very important if you are doing a birthday and you decide to go to John’s Credible pizza it should be John’s horrible pizza do not waste your time with them and do not try to call them because they will not get back to you when it tells you to call your local location and as me and my guess we’re getting ourselves dreams for the employees and the manager was talking about us We were the only ones there tonight I don’t know what was the situation what was it about if people do not like working your day should not work it’s fun place for kids You’re gonna do a lot of things you’re not gonna just sit around The manager in the employees there are really rude I never experienced that in my place I have been to other locations the one in Sacramento the one in Modesto And they did not do this the reason why I came there because it was closer and if I had a way to not go there I would have but do you have 20 people on the freeway traffic coming to that location there was no way that I could change it at that moment but I didn’t know what I was walking into you figure it’s johns credible pizza it’s a fun place for family and kids rides games toys you didn’t think you would have rude workers and like I said the place was really empty Don’t appreciate it what they offer do not waste your money on this place

A great place for families to hang out and have fun. The food was good as well. Their pizza selections were great except they didn't offer gluten free pizza. You have to pay extra for that...that should be available with the price your paying to get in there.

Not too clean like it's hardly clean. But the employees were happy and quick about cleaning whatever table you wanna sit on. So giving it a 3 cause it's just a huge mess from the floors with food almost everywhere you step and gross bathrooms. I know it's a huge place and there's too much to try to tackle but what are you gonna do? Also someone vomited at the entrance of the restrooms and they responded to that almost instantly. So brownie points for that. Other that I had a nice birthday dinner. Thanks!
