I thought the food was absolutely delicious and quite reasonably priced. I ordered the deluxe hand roll set and it was my very first time trying hand rolls! The fish tasted so fresh and was seasoned perfectly. The perfect meat to rice ratio. I also got the takoyaki which is some of the best I’ve ever had! Had a sip of my friends veggie udon which also tasted divine. Everyone in my group loved what they ordered. One point of improvement is the service was very slow. It took 15-20 minutes for food to come out.

The food is great. Probably one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area in terms of taste. The service is unfortunately truly terrible. One of the worst I have ever seen.

We went here tonight we only order half dozen of oysters and we waited for more than 30 minutes the other table was empty when we arrived and they got their order first, the long hair waiter was rude behavior, and we noticed she’s always kinda treat us bad behavior when we go here, not acceptable treat all your customer fair and respectful.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in town! I’ve been to a lot of sushi restaurants in the area… the fish is fresher than the rest. It’s tucked away in the corner of a plaza, but looks can be deceiving. Highly recommend sitting at the bar… ask Chef Han for some recommendations. You’re welcome!

Went in with a horrible smell, the anime music was too loud, with the understanding of izakaya should be lively, but it’s just pure noise not atmosphere. Food is ok, not great for the price so keeping the star. Service is standard, not much attendance but enough. But every customer came in with the look noticing the smell and one kid just straight up covered his nose. I don’t know which is better, the strong cleaning solution smell of DDT or the odor, I wish it’s neither.

Service and atmosphere were both great, but the food was meh at best.
While the sushi rolls are affordable when compared to other sushi joints, but it was apparent to me that Kakushi skim on the fish to keep the price down. I felt like I was eating CA rolls with avocado despite ordering many different rolls.
The taste was too oily to me, the fried soft shell crab soaked up too much oil, and chef used too much mayonnaise to mix the imitation crab, the rolls felt heavy and not refreshing enough to me.

Nice little Japanese spot for small plates, fresh sushi, and sake!

As a Japanese person I was deeply disappointed in this place.
I brought my wife to check this place out, but the staff and owner/chef seemed more interested in the bigger party that arrived quite a while after us…
I get the capitalist game, but I won’t be coming back. And I’ll be sharing my experience.

Of my 2 favorite sushi spots in the area. Fish is fresh, and the skewers, like the wagyu beef, are always grilled perfectly and delish!
Great food, great price, tad understaffed so be nice

The restaurant is fairly busy and the interior decor is nice. Food is OK: I got a mango crunch roll that tasted decent (a bit too chewy for ms). They charged ms a 18% gratuity for a 5 person party (feel like they should lower it to 15% at most).

Pretty slow Tuesday night.
Got the himachi roll on special on the board. It was bigger than I thought it would be - and more expensive but I also didn't ask.
Server was prompt on a slow night. One other table + one after I was wrapping up.
Complimentary Miso was nice but nothing special. They have infused water with lemon and cucumber I think
Chirashi Don was great. Almost couldn't finish the meal but I pulled through.
Hopefully they're busier on the weekends would hate for a nice spot like this to shut down.
Would come back again if I wanted to treat myself to a nice meal again.
