When you had moldy food on your table and the manager come says it’s not their full responsibility for keeping it fresh and customers need to look up for things that’s fresh instead. And all the food are all from cans and frozen jars that comes in DAILY (but molded) so it wouldn’t be like that. Well, best of luck for people who still willing to take there family here for any occasions.

Ok hotpot/BBQ. Beefs were good but seafoods not fresh. Appetizers were bad, looked terrible and messy. Soups not ready when the meats already had arrived. A bit pricey. Service was ok, easy to get table, easy parking.

All you can eat hot pot plus $5 each person for grill. Meat quality was pretty good. Ordered all wagyu and angus to try. Overall, medium quality. I didn't expect much. They also have the conveyor belt for sides that aren't meat. Service was ok. They seem to be looking at which person they would like to talk to instead of talking to everyone. They will ignore the person who they do not like.

This is our favorite place for hot pot - each of us gets our own pot, meat, vegetables, spices to our liking. It is pricey, but

Visited Legend Hot Pot for the second time, this time treating my mom to lunch, and we had an exceptional experience. The quality of the food surpassed our expectations – fresh veggies and seafood rotating on the rolling band made for a delightful dining experience. But what truly stood out was the Leche and jelly dessert. It was my first time serving it, and I was a bit unsure. Thankfully, one of the servers noticed and kindly guided me through the process, suggesting additional toppings to enhance the flavor. The end result was a deliciously refreshing conclusion to our meal.Service was impeccable – quick, responsive, and always anticipating our needs. We never had to ask for anything twice. I highly recommend Legend Hot Pot to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience in Newark. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

Literally the best place to have both hotpot and barbecue in one meal. Great service and a wide variety of food. Recommend their broth, it’s not salty like other hot pot place. We love the dessert: the jelly with crumbled hawthorn and peanuts, what a special combination~ recommended !!

The first time I found Legend Hot Pot & Grill was on our camping trip and we came back for a few more times after that because the food is very fresh and delicious.I like the dining room. It is comfortable and the conveyor belt next to the tables with all you can eat is an excellent idea. However, all the meats are order and bring to the table by the workers. Sometimes the workers are short handed and take a little too long before they come to our table to place our meal orders! The sauces bar has all the sauces I wanted and the soup bases are yummy. I like the personal pot, but shared pot is available too.Vegetarian options: The all you can eat has a lot of choices for vegetarians.Parking: I don't have problems getting a parking near the restaurant every time I’m there.Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping mall parking lot and the restaurant are wheelchair friendly

This was my first time here... honestly, I had a better expectation for this place but it wasn't met. The customer service was a One star! I give this location two more stars because of the experience (choosing your own toppings while it's going around your table) ... the price was ok, I guess for a all you can eat experience, it's expected. But the service was just horrible - not once did anybody stop by the table and ask if we needed anything. They took a pretty decent amount of time to come by our table in the beginning to ask what we wanted to order... or if we have any questions on the menu , was it our first time here... the correct way ! I won't be coming here again... it's that simple.

If you want to pay $75 for 1 round of meat, be my guest! Waiter literally walked past us numerous times to wait on a table behind us and didnt bother checking the whole row. Just kept walking past us, we clearly made eye contact and it's like he purposely tried to avoid us. Several times, tables on our row had to flag down a waiter to order more meat, we decided to leave after waiting almost an hour to order more meat. $75 at that too! I would rather suggest Seapot in San Mateo. WAY BETTER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS! The funny part was that it wasn't even packed or full. We had a whole row of tables next to us empty: And we had just gotten there when it had opened for dinner. They kept seating more people when they couldn't even take care of the ones they already had seated...Overhyped and not worth it!

Came in on a Tuesday eveningPros: Food tasted good. Spacious table to put all the food you order and grab from the belt. The variety on the conveyer was great. The sauce bar was wonderful.Cons: Service was non-existent. Had to flag the server down for everything. Had a 30-40 minute period where we finished our meat but could not reorder because there was nobody checking on the table. Server literally stared at our empty cups and still didn't refill it. Flag them down and asked for a refill but was given the check instead.Overall: It's not a good first impression, which sucks since it's close to where we live. If it was just about the food, I would give it a higher rating, but the service just made the experience horrendous. For 38 bucks a person I would expect better service.

Came here with my bestie to have hotpot and while hers tasty for the tom yum my szechuan broth did not meet my expectations. Im not too sure what kind of spices or capers or type of seasoning was in it. But there were balls that looked like em but tasted awful. Never had this before in my hot pot and was def a first here. There was just too much of it and It was not to my liking. Other than that the soup base was good. Service was good and staff were pleasant. I would like to add that the salad bar could use a bit of work along with whole section of open item we could chose from. It looked like many things were cross contaminated on my visit. Cant be sure if this is the same now. Not too sure if I would return back for some more grub anytime soon. I may have to give it some additional time before coming back for my next visit. However, I would still check em out for yourself to see if your a fan.
