Restaurant is clean however food was bland. Server chased after us and demanded a 15% tip after we had already paid 10%. Claimed it was “house rules”. Tipping is a demonstration of gratitude NOT obligation, specially not the tip amount. Super disrespectful.

The staff here force cash payments for under $20, even if you offer to cover the card fee. They’re rude and sarcastic about it. I saw another review with the same experience—clearly not a one-time issue.

Service was good and ambiance is good. Food was really delicious and highly recommend their egg fried rice (spicy), spring rolls, Mapo Tofu, sichuan eggplant, pepper tofu. All of them were really good. Kung Pao tofu was sweet and could have been spicier. Scallion pancakes were lacking scallions and could be better

We went on thanksgiving day for a try while the restaurant next to it was crowded and under staffed. The food tastes delicious. The environment is clean. Food service is timely. It’s a nice and neat restaurant, and will definitely visit it again.

First of all, food is perfect and local. However, the service lady (not the shop keeper) has the worst attitude I’ve seen in the entire bay area. She barely talks or responds to any of our questions or requests. She also tried so hard to force us to order as soon as possible. The fun fact is that her attitude becomes slightly better when talking to non-asian customers. If I stop going to this restaurant, she would be the only reason for that. If the owner can see this review: please get her corrected as soon as possible.
