Bingsu was very good but not enough seating inside in my opinion. The mango bingsu was fresh and matcha one paired so well with red bean. Will go again

Tried their Thai Iced Tea and Jasmine Green Tea. The Thai iced tea was watered down and ruined the experience. When approached the host about it, he said thats how it is. I scrolled through the reviews here and found that other people had similar experience. Boba cafes are about the experience and having a good time, however, my experience here was something else altogether. The Jasmine green tea was good. Their shaved ice is also great. But I won’t recommend getting Thai iced tea from this place.

I am a visitor from London, England and I had the pleasure of trying this teahouse for the first time, but unfortunately my experience IS NOT great. We had to wait to be seated for almost 30 minutes, and the staff doesn’t seem to care to reassure us or do something. If they cannot add more tables and seats(plenty of space to do so) they should at least have a systematised seating system so people who ordered first should have seats first, not that everyone will be rushing to get seats even if some customers just arrived. Bingsoo is great but the chicken wings and gyoza weren’t.

A new group share food experience -- Korean bingsoo with shaved skim milk, glazed mango and strawberry, condensed milk poured on top. It had a light fine texture and taste more simple, compared to Philippine halohalo with very sweet preserved fruits and beans mixed with shaved ice, ube ice cream and milk. Family shared two bowls with a side order of wings. Well presented light and cold dessert on a warm day.

I tried their Thai tea, and it was very watered down and chalky. The lychee jelly was decent.

Very good place to go to for bingsoo shave ice during a hot summer afternoon! We tried their mango option, and can see they do use freshly peeled and hand cut mango slices in the bowl! The ice is so soft and melted in the month!Easy to find parking, big parking lot in the

Frankly, the best Bingsoo I've had! Even better than the one I tried in Koreatown in LA. The ice is just so powdery soft. Quite a luxurious mouth feel with every bite. Freshest ingredients for toppings elevated the entire decadent experience.

We wish this place has more locations. The bingsoo is very creamy and soft. Our favorite flavor is matcha red bean, and we always order the regular size. It is perfect portion for two people to share.

I love bingsoo and haven't had it recently as my partner's not the biggest fan of ice-y treats so when a friend mentioned this place after a lunch at Sizzling Lunch, I mean... who can say no?It's located in a plaza so parking is abundant. There are some tables outside and inside. One unisex bathroom that was pretty clean. I wouldn't say service was out of this world amazing, but the mango bingsoo was delicious. Only caveat is I wish they gave you more of the pour over milk because the small amount we got wasn't enough for the large size bingsoo. Overall, I'd come back again if I'm in the area. Can't say no to mangoes and ice.

I've heard so many good things about the bingsu here that I was really excited to try it, but I honestly thought it was just ok. We came after dinner and it was super busy, though people were leaving there seats as we were waiting in line so we were able to snag a table. The inside has quite a few tables but its one big open space, kind of like a cafeteria, so the tables are floating in the middle. We got the mango bingsu in the regular size, which was basically $16. For the size, I don't think it's worth that much. The mangoes themselves were really good but thin, and the ice wasn't anything really special. I did appreciate the bits of mango spread within the ice though to add a little more something. It also took a really long time to get our order. I understand that bingsu takes a long time to make so I kind of expected it, but it was just a little disappointing after waiting so long. I probably wouldn't come back here again.

MandRo Teahouse is definitely my favorite bingsoo in the Bay Area - my review will be solely based on the bingsoo as it was the only item I ordered. Their shaved milk ice is refreshing and tastes more creamy than most - you can tell it isn't just ice! The fruit toppings are fresh and I loved the mochi on top of the strawberry bingsoo we had.Pro Tip: I know the "instagrammable" way to pour the condensed milk is before you dig in, but all the milk will run off the sides if you do so. I recommend eating some of the bingsoo first, then pouring as you go so the taste is evenly distributed as you enjoy!Service is also fast and friendly, and I appreciate that it's one of the few food spots that are open a little later than other places around here. Highly recommend!
