McDonald's in East Palo Alto on East Bay in Ravenswood needs help with alot of language barriers. Latino-speaking employees are very rude! We wait very long when they tell us to park, no free apple pie or ice cream for the long wait. There is a price difference at this McDonald's. Very expensive need than others in that area. Always forgetting the order. 🙄 please fix this its so not professional and very inconvenient.

This is actually a good McDonald's. Got my order promptly. They filled up the fries to the top unlike some stingy McDonald's locations where it's only 2/3 full. Plus this location is still doing drink refills even with the soda fountain machine gone. Will be coming back to this location in the Bay area.

Order a triple cheeseburger and they only gave a double always check your food if you go there they be messing up your orders all the time

One staff member even noticed us but didn’t bother to respond or inform us if they were closed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We always go here because my kids, like most kids, can’t get enough of their food. However, we run into problems every time. If it’s not a wrong or missing order, it’s rude and lazy employees and the manager! This place gives McDonald’s a bad name. They should be trained in good customer service and taught not to act as if we’re getting our food for free. Even if it were free, they should treat everyone nicely.
