"I visited this McDonald’s, which is advertised as open 24 hours. Despite seeing staff working inside, they completely ignored us. One staff member even noticed us but didn’t bother to respond or inform us if they were closed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have been appreciated."

We always go here because my kids, like most kids, can’t get enough of their food. However, we run into problems every time. If it’s not a wrong or missing order, it’s rude and lazy employees and the manager! This place gives McDonald’s a bad name. They should be trained in good customer service and taught not to act as if we’re getting our food for free. Even if it were free, they should treat everyone nicely.

System shut down all the time! Put workers that are not willing to work and lazy! And Drive Through kids can't even provide better services and are rude! No Thank You or Please, they will hire anyone nowadays!
