Night shift sucks. 12/19 around 10:30pm. Drive thru - Hispanic male taking orders, hard to understand his speaking accent. OK, get the food and the fries were old and cold. He advise to pull over and wait 4 mins. Waited 8 mins and no one came to the vehicle. I walked up and knocked/banged on the windows to get their attention. 2 workers (male and female) looked at me but kept working and said nothing to anyone to come help me. I walked to the drive thru window and he had the audacity to say I told you 4 minutes. Sir, it was just around 10 minutes. He was able to hand the fries over. Do better!

Ordered through the app, checked in once arrived and food was ready within 3 min. Super quick, order was prepped and arrived as ordered with no issues. The staff was very friendly and was served with a smile. Location was clean and spotless with plenty of places to sit for indoor seating.

Boycott MIRNA AND ORLANDO! Do not want them in the store. They rather leave one person closing and that go against Human Resources at the Newark store. To treat ppl inhumanely. I have stayed before in the store and they let only one person closing and I had a family meal.

It's a McDonald's. I would not call what they serve actual nutritious food, but it's convenient. I came back to post a picture from my meal today. I noticed this about their lettuce. When it gets put on the burger, its browning and old. It's not fresh at all. Again, it is a McDonald's. I still gave a decent rating. Super clean. Understaffed for sure. The staff they do have are polite and are always busy. I came to edit my response because I wanted to post a picture of my chicken sandwich but it appears Google doesn't have that option
