I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school , I’ve had two recent terrible experiences with this location , one being with the manager Jade & then today with a lady who slammed the window in my face not once but twice. No customer service at all rude from the moment I placed my order mind you this all happening at 5am before I’m heading to work ! I usually don’t leave Google Reviews but I’m so tired of going to places with terrible service ! She had no right to be rude to me I wasn’t giving her a hard time at all but wanna give me one ! I won’t be back I’ll drive to the other side of town before I go to this location that easier to get to.

I ordered the Angel Reese special and was sorely disappointed.The meat was dry and the flavors just weren't there. The store and bathrooms were very clean and the service was prompt.Although the staff member in the front was very busy and not in a very good mood, understandably so.

Got charged for a caramel macchiato but when I got to the window the guy said he just cleaned the machine. They were open for another hour and a half. Just needed something hot for my sore throat. I said okay just let me get my money back but he said I needed to cancel it through my bank..... I wish I could be that lazy at my work

Not sure what's going on with these California McDonald's but so far everyone I've been to that said 24 hours in the Bay Area has failed to actually be 24 hours it's 3:26 AM and they are closed

Very rude customer service. I asked to add something to my order after the order was made but i of politely telling me that it is going to be an extra charge, she rudely told me that i needed to tell her that before placing the order.

Dear McDonald’s Team,
I recently drove 5 miles to visit your branch, as Google Maps indicated it is open 24 hours. However, upon arrival, I found it was closed. It seems the hours on Google Maps are incorrect.
Could you please update the information to avoid inconvenience for other customers?
Everything seems sloghtly overcooked here. French fries are old. 2 out of 5 fry orders here come fried twice. Yiu know they've been re-fried when they're darker, and kind of Stale. Nothing but oil in the flavor. Ugh its so dirty like that. They're not 'well done" fries either. They're hot-lamp fries thrown back to the fryer cuz the place isn't busy. Can't come here anymore. The one by chase bank in fremont is so much better. I don't eat fast food much anymore but avoid the one by newpark if you love your French fries.

The employees here a rude and you wait forever for even a drink order which is what I had a large sweet tea and I literally waited 12 minutes ..once I brought this to the managers attention she rolled her eyes and was like ok and .....definitely have no idea how she is in this line of work
