Nice brunch after rain at Ming Kee. With Zha Liang 炸两, porridge, fish ball and braised chicken wing. Yummy! ?will definitely be back. Btw they have another outlet at Cupertino as well for those in San Jose instead of Fremont. Their food is not oily or salty at all.

Use to like this place but recently had some really bad experiences.I ordered a HK milk tea for my mom who has diabetes. Usually HK milk tea will come with the sugar packets so we can determine how sweet we want it. When I told the lady to exchange one of the two milk tea with one that doesn’t have sugar, she said we would need to order another one. When I pushed back that it usually comes unsweetened, she said well you should have noticed there isn’t sugar on the table so you should have know. We were forced to order another milk tea for $5 for a small cup.

Not bad to eat. The internet and payment system are not good.

I really like this rice roll shop. I don’t know why the rating is so low. The waitress is very nice. I ordered the Tingzi porridge, which is extremely rich in content. I also ordered the siomai, phoenix scratch and fried dough sticks. I really liked the siomai. I also ordered it. I ordered claypot rice. The pork ribs were not too thick. Overall, I liked it. The most surprising thing was their chili oil. It felt like there was XO sauce in it. It tasted so delicious. I almost finished eating before I thought of taking a photo.

I'm so impressed about this restaurant. Feel lucky to stop try first time. I been to Hong Kong in 2004. Never forget the food I try here. First bite. Yes. Feel like Hong Kong. So clean nice. Price reasonable. The waiter so friendly service good service and He helps me to pick the right choice. Look back in the kitchen wow so clean. Surely I will come back with family. Great food Great service. Best Chinese restaurant

The porridge quality is better than last time I was here. The service is more pleasant than last time I was here. Glad I gave this place a second chance. The fish rice roll is good. Just realized they have a combo meal in the QR code menu. Will try next time.

I ordered the beef brisket rice noodle roll, preserved egg and pork porridge, and, turnip cake with XO sauce. I appreciated how tender the brisket was and that they included some tendon bits. I do wish they had rolled the beef into the noodle (vs. placing it on top). They included a good amount of preserved egg in the porridge, which I loved. The turnip cake was probably the most disappointing item because the sides were no longer "crisp" by the time I got home and opened up the container. I would recommend that they change the packaging used with this item for take out.

Ordered two of the combos and added a veggie. The porridge, buns, siu mai, veggie and soy milk were pretty good. Rice roll and chicken feet were okay Price is reasonable

Glad to have another great spot for rice noodle rolls in the area! FOOD // Mingkee Deli's rice noodle rolls are thin and silky. Every bite was a delight. Variations we tried: + Shrimp & beef rice noodle roll + Beef brisket rice noodle roll + Chinese donut rice noodle roll + BBQ pork rice noodle roll with egg add on The two porridge that we tried were decent. The Sampan porridge (which we got with preserved egg added in) needed more salt/flavor. The preserved egg & pork porridge had enough saltiness from the pork. We also got the Spareribs Rice Clay Pot, which was decent but not particularly amazing. I did like how much green veggies they included though. Also, we really enjoyed their hot tea, which was richly flavored. SERVICE & AMBIANCE // Casual dining. The inside looked clean and well-maintained. The tables are sufficiently spaced out that it doesn't feel crowded. Service was efficient and helpful. We ordered via the QR code at our table. Overall - the rice noodles are a stand-out here, and I'd definitely come back for those.

Tried this place the 1st time today and it is impressive. The hand made rice noodle rolls and the sesame desert soup are the must try. I was told the rice and the sesame seeds are stone grounded; no wonder it is tasted so gentle and silky. Will come back.

Ordered: 3/5 stars-fish jook. The porridge itself was fine, but the fish slices were chewy and gross 4/5 stars -beef tendon rice roll. Beef and tendon really delicious and tender, could've used a bit more salt/flavor, but overall this was our fav. 0/5 stars-fish rice roll. Couldn't finish this one. Fish again was gross. I've never had fish that was chewy and not flaky. Hope I don't get food poisoning tonight. 4/5 stars-siu mai-moist, juicy, yummy (over $6.00, so expensive) 2/5 stars-chicken feet. Flavor good but chewy and not cooked long enough. Wouldn't order again. Not sure what type of fish you use in your dishes, but I wouldn't continue with it. I've never ever had fish like that from a Chinese restaurant. Rubbery, chewy, and just gross.

We love their soup and rice rolls. We’ve been here many times with our child. Not so crowded, comfort food and super tasty porridge.
