The food is good for a buffet. We frequent this restaurant for the beef ribs.

My family and I have been visiting this buffet for years, and it’s always a treat! Especially love the oysters 🦪 🍴✨ We come about once a year and love the wide variety of dishes available—there’s something for everyone. 🥗🍤🍰 It’s a tradition we always look forward to! 🎉
Something I noticed this time around is that they sing happy birthday to those celebrating in the restaurant. 🎂🎶 While it’s a nice touch, my suggestion to the owner would be to update the birthday song. The one they played back-to-back felt outdated and a bit creepy. 😬 A rotation of different birthday songs could make the experience even better!

For the price, this place is the best buffet around San Jose. I have been there many times, and every time, almost every item tastes fresh. I am fine with frozen food if it is at least freshly (and not repeatedly) heated. Ample parking, easy to get a seat, good service, and good food. It has a standard menu with a few revolving items. It is great, keeping the price in mind.
Background rant: After the pandemic, I have experienced steep decline in quality of food in so called good restaurants around bay area. Socialism? Lack of workers? Lack of fresh food? Supply chain problems? Having been repeatedly disappointed by frozen and repeatedly reheated (and mostly flavorless) food at most of the so called restaurants(including the expensive ones with high google reviews), I have shifted my business to buffets. If it has to be frozen, then why not buffet? I get at least something delicious out of the wider menu. This has made me try almost all the buffet in bay area, LV, and around LA. Though, around Vegas, I have found some amazing food in non buffet places, and that has become my travel motivation. If I really want healthy and delicious at the same time, I cook, for we are in foodendemic now, at least in ca.

I like this all you can eat buffet. It cost $30/person on a Sunday and is worth it because I can eat seafood. If you don’t like seafood, go there at lunch when it is cheaper. I love their white chicken feet a lot if you are into that kind of thing. The taste isn’t the best, but is subjective. Food freshness is great when there are a lot of people. This is real food.

Their Korean short ribs are no longer good. Snow crab legs and other seafood are good tho. Service is bad, they only allow 1 hour now.

The place is extremely busy with the wait always being long which isn’t an issue. The service varies from waiter to waiter. I had a waiter threaten us if we didn’t tip. The guy that works the grill is extremely rude and mean, slamming things when I didn’t understand him. overall the food is good but I’ve just had bad experiences.

We ended up not eating here, but it wasn't cause of the food. It was because this place was packed and had a huge line out the door lol
So we just went somewhere else.
I am sure the food is great and it's the reason why there were so many people

From the moment we sat down, it felt like the staff were more interested in turning tables than in providing a pleasant dining experience. Here are the key issues:
- Rushed Service: The staff seemed eager to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Even before we finished our meals, they were already clearing plates and asking if we were done, which felt incredibly rushed and inconsiderate.
- Financial Dishonesty: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the handling of payment. Not only did the staff fail to provide receipts upon request, but they also seemed to pocket the change. This isn't just poor service; it's borderline unethical.
- Lack of Hospitality: The atmosphere was tainted by the staff's attitude. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were intruding on their time. This is not how one should feel when dining out, especially in a place where the food is of such high caliber.

Not even an hour had passed when the staff came up to my friend and me and started telling us that it was time for us to leave) I've been to hundreds of buffets, but this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude
