Came in 845, and no food, no shrimp no orange chicken. No chow mein. Update hours or fix operation

The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. My family had to wait a little longer for some items that were still being cooked, but they gave us some free drinks for the inconvenience.

Vincent Williams or 'Chef Vinny' once said, if you're coming to work, come with a positive attitude or else, please don't come. Because happy workers make happy customers.

Interestingly, this was my first time in 6 years in US. I liked the veggie varieties but they declared it upfront that they use same wok for all kinds of food.

Panda Express has never let me down. My food has always been hot and delicious with good size portions. I can get 2 meals out of 1 dinner order.

It's a Panda Express which means it's a franchise chain, cookie cutter model of Americanized Chinese food. Much like McDonald's offers consistent food and service delivery, so does almost every other Panda Express offer its faire. This location is almost literally no different than any other Panda Express. If you like Panda Express and you're in the area no reason not to go here.

Worst Panda Express they give so little food for what you pay for. Look at all the past reviews they all say the same thing. Not sure how they are still in business

The worst Panda Express In the Tri-city. they always give the smallest portions of foodThe "chef " drowns the chowmein in salt or something??? Better Panda Express ( Fremont/ Union city )Or support out local !!! Chinese stores

I love Panda Express! However this particular restaurant is a bit different. Las time theFood made sick. They give me one little scoop of what i order and they take one big scoop off my wallet. The employees behind the counter could use some training in how to be a little friendly so costumers feel welcome.

I usually can never be bothered to write a review but writing this one feels like a civic duty. Stopped by because I needed something quick and wanted something other than the Wing Stop I usually get when working in the area. I had just started eating when I noticed some extra unwanted protein, namely a stir fried caterpillar. The most unsettling part is that I was told "this happens once in a while" which makes me question returning to any Panda Express let alone this location. The manager was very nice and replaced my food but I had lost my appetite by that point and I go for the food not the service.

We started coming here because they had sent us a mailer in the mail with buy 1 get 1 free coupons. That's what started us to come here, and since then we've been coming quite a bit because after every visit, you get can get a free small entree (with purchase of a 2 entree plate) just by taking the customer satisfaction survey located on the bottom of your receipt. The food here isn't actually as bad as people say, it's actually quite tasty and for the most part, pretty fresh, especially when fresh out of the wok! Tip, if something you want is low, ask them to make a fresh batch and they will! You'll have to wait about 10 minutes, but it's pretty quick and worth while waiting!I've tried many of the entrees here, such as the orange chicken, broccoli beef, string bean chicken, chicken teriyaki, angus beef, Beijing beef and more, all pretty good and tasty! The seafood on the other hand while tasty, the portion size is on the smaller size for the seafood, and they charge more as premium protein. The food is not bad, and I'd recommend coming here if you are in need of a quick meal and don't want to wait long. The customer service is decent, the staff are friendly and attentive for the most part.Download the Panda Express Mobile App to earn 10 points per $1 spent and other bonus rewards! It's a steal!
