Very disappointed with the event occurred tonight. Ordered a large pizza at 9:56 PM online for delivery from Newark location; confirmation mail came that it would take approx 1 hr to get delivered. After an hour, no sign of pizza, called store and was told by that there are too many online orders and they have only 2 drivers. I had a previous bad experience with this store and after waiting for several days was finally contacted by a manager named Karina. She apologized for the incident and offered my family a free meal (pizza, side item, and 2 liter) in the future. Fast forward a month or so. I called last Friday to redeem what was offered. So I have been ordering pizza from this place for delivery for over 2 years..and not ONE time have i been told that they cant deliver to me because im out of thier sector. So when asked by the manager on duty tonight after me going in to pick up my order.. that they cant deliver to me because today (friday) is one of thier busy days.
