I love a simple cheese pizza no toppings and I've ordered it before from this store. It was delicious. This time I went for cheesy calzone epic stuffed crust and oh boy, it's not edible, it was literally wet and the cheese had this like flour dusting on it.

I usually get reliable service and good food. Tonight my order was lacking black olives and roasted garlic despite the label saying otherwise. The employee knew to not put the banana peppers thankfully but didn't include the substitutions.
This store is nasty! The cashier started holding the food without washing her hands! I called them to let them know that I already canceled my order and she hanged up the phone. Not buying from this store again!

I ordered a pizza from this location and wife forgot to mention that We wanted (and were more than willing to pay) for extra peppercinis. I know for a fact that there is a button they can select just for peppercinis. The gentleman working tried to tell me otherwise. Instead of just charging me for extra peppercinis, I had to buy an entire pizza just to get more peppercinis for a pizza I already bought. A waste of money!! I want to speak with the owner as it was said they couldn't sell me the peppercinis due to the owner not watching the cameras "24/7"
Their pizza is not the best but their papadillas are. I been going to this pizza place over a year and at the beginning their staff were attentive and friendly but now they see you waiting and they take their time to service you. Maybe they are short staff.

So last week, I ordered from Papa Johns like I always do, they're usually always friendly and even though they're very stingy with toppings (their papadilas are a freaking joke with nothing in them), they usually make good pizzas. But on this particular day, I went to the store to tell them to make my boneless wings well done and he kept on going about how I meant it was chicken bites which wasn't what I wanted or ordered. I told him you have new boneless wings and I wanted to try them so that's the reason I ordered em, I wanted the boneless wings that I ordered. He looked confused and said ok ok which I thought then he understood. I come back to pick up my order and apparently he gives me bone-in wings with a pathetic drizzle of sauce, I tell him I ordered buffalo boneless wings but he tells me I didn't want the chicken bites, I tell him I ordered the boneless wings, I tell him do you even know what your store sells then he tells me to go expletive myself (f myself) which obviously you dont want to he called by a store employee, he refused to make the boneless wings, kept telling me I was a b expletive word and the delivery driver that was there had to break us up as he was yelling at the top of his lungs, I was thankful no other customers were there to hear the terrible things coming out of his mouth. Also they would cuss in their native language about me and i don't think they know that I actually understood them, just terrible people all around.So I left the store and proceeded to call their customer support, told them their employee just cussed me out and refused to help me, comp me for anything and told me to F off. It's been a week and I haven't had NO follow up or call/email back which is appalling. If they called and I missed it at least leave a voice mail. It's obvious Papa Johns don't care about anything nor the manager of the store, I'm scared to order from them and pick up my order from the man who cussed me out in fear of retaliation as he wanted to fight me that day. Just a terrible day from a terrible company, I would NOT recommend this store at all.
