I wanted to share my recent experience at this restaurant, as I am a regular customer who visits at least twice a month. Unfortunately, my last visit 6/6/25, was disappointing due to how my order was handled.
I ordered online and when I picked up my food, I didn’t check the contents immediately because I was in a hurry. Once I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong order. I called the restaurant, and the staff instructed me to come back. When I arrived, the staff member waiting outside went to my car and took the wrong bag back and when I asked for my food she asked me to come inside to get my food. I found this process frustrating, especially since she had already gone to my car to retrieve the wrong order.
Additionally, I was disappointed that the staff did not apologize for the mistake or show any understanding of my frustration. Instead, it felt dismissive, and I left feeling upset, especially since my food was now cold.
As a loyal customer, I hope future experiences can be more positive. I believe a simple apology and a more respectful attitude would go a long way in making customers feel valued and respected.
Lady's service was EXELENT. Food was ok but lots of water flies and bathroom needs lots of attention.this was and 5 star restaurant years ago but newer owners need to do some investment if they want to keep up.price still a little high . Again workers do really take care of you but the rest needs MAJOR inspection.
so, the food is good but they're expensive comparable to most other Vietnamese restaurants around. Plus their credit card prices are oddly not exactly consistent. Its not a straight percentage added. at least they tell.you upfront. the fresh spring rolls are about $2 more than most other places. Their Pho is pretty pricey too. wish they offered a smaller option like other places cause while pricey, it is a big portion. Bigger than i prefer actually since I like getting apps. While the food is good, I don't think the prices are worth it with the number of great Vietnamese restaurants we have in this area at better prices. They also have ranch dressing out on the table. pretty sure that stuff should be refrigerated 🤷🏻♂️. all.that said, not sure if I'll be going back. it 3 stars due to the prices.
Great combo beef Phô (all the good stuff, including tripe and tendon), a large amount of meat, plus your choice of noodles... I got egg noodles and loved it.
Served in under 5 minutes...
... Huge bowl, delicious ? broth.
Considering how expensive going out to eat is today, this is the best phô deal around.
I highly recommend this restaurant... It deserves a higher score on Google.

Lots of seating inside and out. Service is very friendly. I come here regularly for the pho ga. The broth is delish and always wonderful on a cold day. Went with friends today and they got the grilled pork with noodles and another plate with rice. Everyone was happy with their food and plenty for left overs!

I'm very grateful for to have some Vietnamese options here in little ol' Newark. There's plenty of parking nearby and seating inside.Their Chao (Vietnamese congee/porridge) is the first thing that I think of when I'm feeling under the weather. My go-to is the pork and deserved duck egg. It's the perfect texture and combination of flavors. There's quite a bit of thinly sliced ginger that you have to sift through if you're like me and prefer not to chew on it, but it does add to the flavor.I've also had their chicken wings in the past, and it didn't disappointment.

Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had, very disappointing
my friend and I recently stumbled upon Tramy's when looking to try a new place for Pho and Fresh Spring Rolls. OMG this place is delicious. We have since added the BS1. Mongolian Beef with Jasmine Rice and the R7. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken to our order. We have yet to be able to visit in person and have only ordered delivery. But if it tastes this good delivered just imagine how good it is dining in?! Proportions are great, delivery is quick, food is still hot and fresh like it was just delivered to the table. Tramy's is a hidden gem that everyone must try. 5 stars

Wont come back again. Very dry noodle, mediocre and salty food, and not attentive service.
