Very authentic Szechuan food!!!Came here multiple times bc of my favorite Fish-flavored Shrimp Shreds (鱼香肉丝). This time tried Spicy Shrimp (香辣虾), which was juicy and spicy that also very good! Loofah (清炒丝瓜) is hard to find in Bay Area but a popular dish at home. Dry pot chicken (干锅鸡) actually was tender. Would definitely come again!!

Dining at the restaurant was a delightful experience! Their grilled fish is simply exquisite, with a crispy and flavorful fried exterior, complemented by a variety of delicious accompanying side dishes and fragrant pork kidney flowers. Highly recommended for those who enjoy Sichuan cuisine.

Well I tried ordering some stir fried, chicken & veggies but they can't speak English at all. One guy asked (showed) me to wait, he'll bring someone that can, but he also couldn't speak and understand "stir fried" or "chicken"....And I wondered why their place is dead empty inside.

The boss is an authentic Chongqing native, so the Sichuan cuisine he cooks is very authentic and the price is affordable. Friends who like Sichuan cuisine highly recommend this restaurant.

Their prices are generally more expensive than others. I ordered some stir-fried yellow beef to try, it was more than 23 yuan after tax. The portion is not big, and the beef has a starchy texture, similar to the way Mongolian beef is made in American Chinese restaurants, just with some side dishes. Unappetizing.

Great great food. Spiciness is just right. Wont numb your tongue like many places. Good variety. Great service. Even offer lunch specials with good portions. Vegetarian dishes available as well. Highly recommended.

Service was good, very cheerful lady. Ambiance simple gray & white, not much of stimulation, which I like. My husband ordered 3 dishes- beef stew noodles, free onion pancakes, & spicy chicken - all of them tasted very good. Definitely will come back to try other dishes.

Genuine Chongqing essence with just the right level of spiciness and expert preparation, all served in generous portions. The ambiance is somewhat lacking, and the tea pots, plates, and bowls don't match the quality found in many other restaurants. The waiter was not professional. Nevertheless, when the Xiaomian (small noodles) are perfectly flavorful, the non-food aspects become inconsequential.

The grand opening attracted me to try this restaurant. It is remodeled to become a bright and pleasant environment for dinner with family and friends. Many new dishes are added since opening. My favorite is Phoenix Fish, Dry Pot Chicken and cumin lamb. So good. The service is also 5 stars.

Spacious and clean restaurant with tasty food. We can't eat too spicy food so the chef made the food only slight spicy

Our party of three just had dinner there tonight. Food is good and portion is generous. We ordered CQ fried chicken, nicely done, I wish they just deep fried for another minute to over fried to make it more crispy.. We also ordered pepper w pork intestine.
