I go to this Starbucks because of their staff. I have been stopping here for years. The whole time I encountered nice staff. Three stars because of parking and general prices for Starbucks.

I asked for less ice and the barista had the audacity to shove the excess ice off using the lid, look me in the eye and said “here you go”. The cup is half full because that’s how much space was left after the ice was shoved off.
I am disappointed and sad to see how the quality of customer service at Starbucks has declined over the years.

I got a coffee today and apparently there are new lids for the paper cups. The new lids do not work. I got into my car, the hot coffee completely spilled all over my car.

Wow, this is the only Starbucks in the area with barista that actually greet and smile at us when we walk in.
I love customizing my drinks on the app but not every barista follows the customization... like you can actually taste and see the ingredient difference through the classic-clear-cup. This barista totally nailed it, the Coffee Frappuccino has the right balance of bittersweet prefect to my taste. My friend also said his customized Latte taste better then usual while it just made with the same Starbucks coffee.
This store is small but the atmosphere is great, clean and no trash laying around. The only negative of this store is it is right at the corner of a busy street sharing grocery store and sandwich shop so sometimes it is hard to find a parking.
