I asked for light ice because I don’t like my drinks to feel like I’m sipping on a glacier. When I got my order, the cup was still half ice. I mentioned it to the barista, and she said, “That’s light ice.” Oh, okay — so I guess “light” means just enough ice to keep a penguin comfortable. If that’s the case, I can’t imagine what “regular ice” looks like — probably an actual iceberg. Maybe Starbucks needs a new category: “light ice for real this time.”

Hi, I wanted to provide feedback about my recent visit. The customer service representative seemed rude when I asked for the bathroom code. The bathroom was locked, and I was told I had to make a purchase to get the code. I'm disappointed in the service I received. Can you look into this and improve the experience for future customers?
