It’s a Starbucks. They’re all basically the same. The same mediocre coffee, the same mediocre food and the same mediocre atmosphere. It’s the baristas that make a difference in the locations. And the people that work here a nice.

It was my first time ordering in this location, but I had a terrible experience. I order ahead on my mobile because I had to go back to work, but my order was wrong. They said that they would replace but 10 min pass by and still could see that what I order was not being prepared. When someone have a order that was wrong you should put in the oven right away with the replacement, but apparently they don’t know that. When I said that is taking forever and I wanted to cancel, they did not even try again offering to do right now, they just canceled. The girl was extremely slow, specially to work in that type of environment with lots of people ordering all the time.

Sometimes good but really understaffed and the staff that is there is no longer trying to make up for it. Ordered ahead. My second drink came out after 25 minutes. I left without the food. During the day, fine. But don't waste your time and money in the morning.

Nobody acknowledge us. When they came in The people didn't take our name for our order. If they mumbled our name or mumbled that something was ready they expected us to hear it over the very loud music and once I asked if our stuff is ready he acted like I was being rude and barely pointed out. Which of the things on the countertop was ours and The music was so loud that even if they had said our name or our order was ready, we probably couldn't have heard it anyway

At around 425pm I just walked up the counter and the lady working here just shook her head and said, "No". Strange how difficult it is for people to have at least a little customer service. Understandably it is Thanksgiving so maybe the hours are different. But this isn't the first time this happened to me at Starbucks.
