I’m here today, I’m the regular customer here coz it’s the closest one near my house, I understand Sunday afternoon will be busy, but I was the first one in the line waiting to order my drink, but I been waiting for nearly 10 minutes no one wants to take my order(maybe they have to clear the drive thru first,) finally one of the employee takes my order, but the way she talk was so rude and unprofessional(not the pink hair the young girl) please be professional even though it’s busy or you have a bad day, it’s not my problem, I just want have a drink after my work out.

Nice and plenty of space where you can actually focus if you want to study here. The only thing is it is nearby a school and there will be a lot a lot of students coming in around 2:30-3, so it can get a little noisy.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect, but the customer service fell short of expectations. Despite addressing the issue, the staff's response left much to be desired. Hoping for better service and accuracy in the future.

Totally ridiculous! I just ordered a regular medium size of Pike Place cafe, they charged me $4.5 dollars. I asked them “are you serious? A medium size cafe for $4.5 bucks.” Then she asked her colleagues she said, “he thinks that’s too much”. It was not I think it’s too much, it doesn’t make sense at all for the price. Her colleague made some changes and price dropped to $3.45 for a medium size coffee. She didn’t tell me they run out the Pike Place when I slide the credit card. Then I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a $3.45 dollars medium size fxxx coffee! Recommend everybody just going to other Starbucks. This store charge more than other Starbucks stores.

Worst Starbucks in the area.I used to go there daily, every morning. Over months it was becoming worse and worse.Sometimes it's understaffed and you wait for your order for 30 minutes.Quite often they make the wrong drink, e.g. you order Blonde beans, but receive a drink made on regular beans.Today I visited this place last time and will never go back. Now it's forbidden to sit between 7am-9am. I believe it could be related to teens who used to occupy the store in the morning.It feels like someone is constantly trying to make this Starbucks less and less habitable space.Terrible.

Service is taking for grant it. I just got an order in this location; however, one of the cashier in afternoon was not in a good mood to provide a service to a customer, she was very rude. I am very sure she needs more customer service training to stand in that position. I am not plan to going back to that location never again.
