Came down to visit from Canada and this store was across the road. Being a Starbucks partner myself, I went and introduced myself the first day I was there. Went every day the whole week I was there and by day 4 they welcomed me in by name, knew my order, and were just super friendly overall. They asked if I was coming back to visit ever, I told them I would be back if I’m ever in the bay area again. 10/10

This location is a model for inconsistency. It is always a coin flip on whether or not my drink will be good, and I get the same thing every time. The owner should be ashamed at how poorly these employees make their drinks. I shouldn’t have to go back and ask to put hazelnut in a hazelnut drink!

I’m here today, I’m the regular customer here coz it’s the closest one near my house, I understand Sunday afternoon will be busy, but I was the first one in the line waiting to order my drink, but I been waiting for nearly 10 minutes no one wants to take my order(maybe they have to clear the drive thru first,) finally one of the employee takes my order, but the way she talk was so rude and unprofessional(not the pink hair the young girl) please be professional even though it’s busy or you have a bad day, it’s not my problem, I just want have a drink after my work out.

Nice and plenty of space where you can actually focus if you want to study here. The only thing is it is nearby a school and there will be a lot a lot of students coming in around 2:30-3, so it can get a little noisy.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect, but the customer service fell short of expectations. Despite addressing the issue, the staff's response left much to be desired. Hoping for better service and accuracy in the future.
