Unfortunately, my recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect, but the customer service fell short of expectations. Despite addressing the issue, the staff's response left much to be desired. Hoping for better service and accuracy in the future.

Totally ridiculous! I just ordered a regular medium size of Pike Place cafe, they charged me $4.5 dollars. I asked them “are you serious? A medium size cafe for $4.5 bucks.” Then she asked her colleagues she said, “he thinks that’s too much”. It was not I think it’s too much, it doesn’t make sense at all for the price. Her colleague made some changes and price dropped to $3.45 for a medium size coffee. She didn’t tell me they run out the Pike Place when I slide the credit card. Then I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a $3.45 dollars medium size fxxx coffee! Recommend everybody just going to other Starbucks. This store charge more than other Starbucks stores.

Worst Starbucks in the area.I used to go there daily, every morning. Over months it was becoming worse and worse.Sometimes it's understaffed and you wait for your order for 30 minutes.Quite often they make the wrong drink, e.g. you order Blonde beans, but receive a drink made on regular beans.Today I visited this place last time and will never go back. Now it's forbidden to sit between 7am-9am. I believe it could be related to teens who used to occupy the store in the morning.It feels like someone is constantly trying to make this Starbucks less and less habitable space.Terrible.

Service is taking for grant it. I just got an order in this location; however, one of the cashier in afternoon was not in a good mood to provide a service to a customer, she was very rude. I am very sure she needs more customer service training to stand in that position. I am not plan to going back to that location never again.

Service is amazing. Staff is cheerful and greets as you come in. It can get busy during kids rush in the morning, but staff works fast, hard trying to get drinks out in a timely manner with a smile.

Staff was rude having side convos over the headset. My drink came out looking very foggy and weird. Worried the milk was bad. Didnt drink it.
All my drinks tasted like straight up water. Nothing was made right. Not the best way to start my day. I will be honest. The lady who took my order was nice tho! Whoever made my drinks needs to look at the recipes again and do some revision. I mean that in the nicest way possible. With all due respect. We are all human but like for real.... Just follow the recipe instructions please.

I've been to this starbucks once before and it went well. There was like 30 students and I still got my order quickly. I went recently in the morning with my sibling. They ordered 2 drinks AFTER me and I ordered one. I am a student so I obviously have to be at school at a certain. I went 20 minutes early before school started and 20 minutes later my brother had his TWO drinks WAY before me and mine still had 3 orders ahead of it!!! I was so upset that I cancelled my order because I would have been late to school. After I use my refund receipt I am NOT coming back any time soon. I find it ridiculous how slow they are when more than half of their customers are students. It also ridiculous how they call it "ordering" and they don't make the drinks in order like other places like McDonald's!!!! Why call it ordering when it doesn't go by order. Their we're like 5 workers and only ONE was actually fast and even did 2 drinks at a time while the rest were so slow. I am still so upset.

I come here almost everyday the baristas are always so nice for how busy it gets especially when school is in. The inside of the store and the bathrooms are always clean. Whoever is making those Strawberry Acai Lemonades keep it up those hit every single time, this place is great.
