The employees are very unwelcoming and have horrible customer service skills. They’d be better off paying someone else to be the face of the store. They always seem short staff and upon coming in look at you in a way that makes you feel like you you shouldn’t be there.I ordered a sandwich online while I was there and as the worker was making my sandwich I asked to add something that I skipped online. He told me he couldn’t do it. I was like are you serious!! You mean to tell me that you can’t add jalapeños and onions? I’mm not able to change as your making it?!! I can see if the sandwich was already made but he was literally standing over the additives. He ended up adding it buy had the worst attitude after. The I asked what his name was and he gave it to me and all of a sudden wants to thank me and tell me to have a nice day. Are you kidding me?!! This store has lots of work to do in many areas. I would think that with all its bad reviews they would care enough to make changes.And to top it off the sandwich was made so sloppy. The bread was hard. I almost felt like they use old bread for online orders because in most cases the customer isn’t looking. Never again!

Ordered online and paid extra for double meat but barely got the regular meat. Very skimpy on all toppings. The employee locked the door and went next door when I got there. Had to wait 10 mins just for the employee to reopen the store and give me my order

Service was very bad. Unfriendly staff, basically acted like they don't want me to enter the store or buy anything there. Instead of welcoming customers, I got a stare from the elder employees and a mean look. If it's not because I don't have dinner at home tonight, I would have turned around and left right away. I read a lot of negative reviews of this place in both Google and Yelp. People are so unhappy with the service, they rather go to somewhere much more expensive than this Subway. I don't think I will go back there if the same employee still works there. Hope the corporate office pays attention to these comments and do something with the attitude from the employees.

Honestly, just shut this place down and build something new. They only have like four condiment you can put on your sandwich hardly any chip selection and it cost $10 for a 6 inch sandwich

I ordered a foot-long no meat sandwich. They were out of Swiss cheese, so I was immediately disappointed. Then, as the clerk was building my sandwich, he was being stingy with everything. Eight leaves of spinach, ten olives. Look, I'm not getting meat. Let's not cut corners on what I'm left to enjoy. I shouldn't have to tell you to add a little more of everything.Next time, I'll drive across town to the store on Mowry.

First and last visit worst experience ever in California and I travel often this gotta be a franchise location due to I have never paid over 13.00 for a tuna sandwich and the representative was hardly friendly. If I would have had more lunch time I would have walked away I literally had to change my sandwich due to being offered majority bread but I guess anything goes right never again
