Just got a box there and the lettuce n cheese tasted musty/moldy. Called to tell them and nobody answered. Will also contact corporate. Your food should be fresh esp the perishables! Not going again. You will get people sick for being shady n scammy to save $.

I ordered a combo meal from the kiosk, had trouble with the card reader, then waited an excessively long time for my food. They packaged it to go despite saying I wanted to eat in. I had to ask four times for my drink cup, and then they had no idea what size of cup to give me. They also didn't include the sauce I'd ordered.
Most annoying IMO is that the guy who asked me if I needed something acted as though he was forbidden from grabbing a plastic cup or sauce packets. A lady standing next to me had the same problem.
I understand being understaffed, but the restaurant wasn't all that busy at the time.

I have 3 kids and I ordered a tacos party pack for them. They said it was good. I had my cousin in the car and he ordered nacho fries and a large drink, the drink size was really small even though he ordered a large. It seemed like a small. And he ordered a large nacho fries and that was also small. Everything else was good but they just need to make their sizes bigger.

It was our first time at this place, and it was an awful experience. We will NOT be returning. Our cheesy roll-ups came with the cheese not melted at all. Additionally, the roll-ups do not come with onions, so we ordered onions, pluse extra, which we paid for, but they came with almost NO onions.
