Came here for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food (I got the burger) and service! The burger was perfectly portioned with a great ratio of patty to condiments. The service was incredible! Anne was very accommodating and informative. Will come back on my next visit.

Way overpriced and nothing is prepared fresh. Everything is frozen & reheated it appears. A cup of diced up fruit is $10… As many other people have stated, the coffee beans are not the greatest. I would avoid if you can.

Got a grande iced latte for $9 and super disgusting. I double checked with the staff if it was an iced latte. It looked more like an iced coffee with a tiny bit of milk. Feel bad for Starbucks having their brand in this bistro…

The food was really dry.

Clean, quite and great staff the rooms a little outdated but I will take when you have a clean and quite hotel. Marriott always my first choice nothing compares to customer services . Location is not far from interstate and beds are soft and walls not so thin

The most unfriendly front checkin staff, parking challenges, dirty swimming pool, and engineering staff cannot address the issues. Poor English and housekeeping arminda is most forgettable staff member

Stayed here for a family event nearby. Older but nicely renovated hotel. Lots of food and shopping choices close by and easy freeway access. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check-in for two rooms without issue or extra change, which was very much appreciated. Will stay here again if the situation arises.

The experience was excellent. Elsa, Lisa & Kevin took wonderful care of us! Took extra time to find the perfect room for us as I was having Surgery & needed special accommodations. They were very helpful & courteous! 5-Star treatment. Very much appreciated! Thank you!!

I'm a Platinum member and asked for a spacious King bed and usually get a high floor. This time, they gave me a first floor handicap accessible room with no body wash in the dispenser. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted a 4pm check out, I said yes. When I returned from lunch all of my personal belongings were missing from my room and the room was partially turned over. When I inquired what happened, they told me the person that checked me in didn't mark it as late check out but the funny part is my key card to access the room still worked after 1pm when she had said the system showed a 12pm check out. That in itself didn't make any sense. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I was told that there is no Manager on site and that there is nothing they can do. I could, however, come back at 11pm to talk to the Manager on the night shift and those were the only options until I called customer service. I still don't have this situation resolved as I had personal property in the room that's missing and have not heard back from anyone about it. I would stay away from this property until they get their staff properly trained and when they have management oversight on the weekends. I had to leave with the Managers information after an entire hour and I should have still been in the room for another 2 hours but due to a blunder by the staff, I was kicked out of the room and wasn't even offered another one to complete my stay at the booked time. Also, the customer service was horrible. All but the last lady that helped me get the information I needed to get out the door after dealing with this for over an hour while they were attempting to reach someone that could make a decision, to no avail.

Nice property. Close to restaurants. Lots of parking. No fees. Looks clean. They have a small store with some items for sale. Rooms are clean and I really liked the pure room. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting SF. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The price here was much better than staying in SF and there’s free parking here as well. The room was spacious, clean, AC was working well. The only issue is that they are not doing daily housekeeping due to Covid, although restrictions have been lifted in California already and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in during the pandemic that isn’t providing that service, even by request. So overall besides that issue I would stay here again.

I'm a huge fan of Marriott Hotels and always make Marriott my first choice when seeking accommodation. In fact, I worked for Marrriot several years ago, so this is why I was super-disappointed with the maintenance of this property. While the room was standard and met expectations, and I can understand the lack of housekeeping staff and the challenges of working during the pandemic, the public areas need a lot of simple attention. 1). The hallways on each floor were dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed in weeks, 2) The Fire Extinguisher on the 3rd Floor was MISSING. Yes, missing the whole time we were there. 3) The garbage cans near the bistro and outside by the pool were overflowing with garbage as if they had not been emptied in days 4). The wood floors in the elevators appear not to have been mopped or cleaned in weeks. Yes...weeks. scuff marks, dirt, garbage. (Is this really a Marriott Hotel?) 5). The parking lot has a lot of loose garbage and general litter. 6) One of our rooms had a word green stain on the veiled curtain. Why didn't housekeeping catch this? Gross. 7) My Marriott Rewards account always requests "High Floor". So I was given a second floor room, with a view of the Garbage Area and dumpsters. Aren't these notes read when rooms are assigned? I know some rooms would need to have to look at this view, but at least make the area organized and somewhat cleaned, or put a roof on this area. This is not a nice thing to have to look out on when gazing out the windows.] 8). The Access to the Pool required a room key, but that wasn't working so people from next door's Residence Inn were coming over to use the pool at the Courtyard. Super, super crowded. If management is reading this review, I would suggest that you hire or designate someone to maintain the public areas. It is not a hard thing to have someone onsite to keep watch and make things look clean. impressions go a long way.

Took my first post Covid trip since March 2020. The Courtyard has a new manger (T.J. Ransom), and a number of new staff members. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them about a 12. I found them to be Courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The property was coming out of mothballs (It was closed for a while), but it was clean, good looking and in good shape. I was there on business, but there were a number of guests on holiday and, based upon my own experience and what I was told by other guests, I would highly recommend the place for anyone staying in the Bay Area. I don't know how to answer the questions about snack bar, convenience store and coffee shop. They have a Bistro that has drinks and food and they have a "pantry" that sells wine, beer, soda, water and snacks. It also has an exercise room, swimming pool, guest computers and printers.

Would you stay in a hotel that has no master key in house? I would certainly NOT! My mother in law fell in her room and we were put on another floor and were unable to get to her before 1 hour!!! The fire dept had to come to break down the door! A bit before the fire dept arrived this Guy shows up from home and magically unlocks the door! Courtyard Marriott you can count your blessings that my Mother in Law did not get hurt just a couple of bruises as you would have had a LAWSUIT on your hands Oh I contacted Marriott head office, they washed their hands saying each hotel is independently owned and operated i.e. we don’t care. The Manager offered some Marriott points to shut us up. Stay away!
