For the price point and all this ice is insane! I couldn’t even mix my drink or shake it up. Please, this place has a lot of potential, there’s no need to scam your customers like this. This is wrong. Please change.

It’s good, but if you order a small coffee with less ice, they put less coffee as well. It feels like they’re selling you a cup of ice flavored coffee.

Drinks tasted yum and lots of different drink flavors to choose from. The ambiance of the place is very nice. We came here for the first time in the morning and was slow so service was fast and friendly. I'll come here again when I'm in the area and need a pick me up.

I love Vietnamese coffee, but this place uses way too much ice. I ordered a green gems which is espresso, matcha cream, condensed milk, and sticky rice. My drink came very very full of ice, so full that I couldn’t stir it. I took 4-5 sips before I was down to only ice and the sticky rice stuck at the bottom of the cup, unable to drink it.

The atmosphere is amazing and it’s cozy in the afternoon. However, almost $9 for half glass of ice is too pricey, especially competitors allow free refill these days.

This place makes the most INCREDIBLE drinks! They were so kind to let us host a mama meet up here today and the service was awesome. I tried their Peach Tea and Ube Cream Coffee and both were AMAZING. Highly recommend!

My friends and I came here after a dinner and it was our first time trying their coffee(they both came once before and tried avocado drink). My other friend and I ordered VIP coffee with less ice, regular sweet and we were delighted. The cup was actually full and it has less ice. Our other friend ordered the coconut coffee and it was really good as well. However, when I dropped by on my way to work, I ordered the same coffee with less ice, expecting that it would be the same. But it was 3/4 full and half of it was ice. The cup was literally less than a quarter of coffee. I drank it within minutes. I was disappointed. So I tried and went again and let them know my concern and they did explained that everything is pre-measured. But I also let them know that our first try was good and wish they can keep it that way. They tried to make it better that time. But when I went for the 3rd time, it's the same issue. As much as I like the taste of their coffee, it's too pricey and a lot less compare to other good vietnamese coffee like Phin Café. I would come here still but it will not be like my go to coffee everyday. Overall, most staff are friendly, store is pleasant and clean but they definitely have to be better with the amount of serving on their coffee/drinks, considering that their prices are way higher than other coffee shop.

Friendly service and good drinks. The Tiramisú drink is delicious. They also had an assortment of macaroons at the counter. Drinks were 6 to 8 dollars. I can tell they used good coffee and good tea. There is plenty of space to sit and the chairs are comfortable and the ambiance is lively.
Spend $10 & get a glass of ice. They have fancy type of coffee & tea in the menu. But when order comes it's mostly ice. If you don't add ice than it's just 1/4th glass of coffee or tea.

Yum! Since discovering Tram Cream Coffee, I've been a tram-o-holic. My recent favorite is the Vietnamese white coffee. The staff, manager, and owner are all sweethearts. I highly encourage you give this place a try!
