I am very confused about the mochi… The texture was quite off putting to me, I don’t know how other people stomach it. IYKYK. Unfortunately, most of my experience was just this mochi because they put so much in there!

Health code violation and no wifi.I had some time to kill in the area and wanted to find a place with wifi. On the door, I see a sign saying free wifi and no pets. So, I ordered a drink. And although it wasn’t advertised, I was able to get oatmeal milk.However, as I am ordering I notice a lady at the table with a little lap dog. It didn’t really bother me because I thought she was just a customer. But then, she went behind the counter where the food/drinks are prepped and started chatting with the employees back there for at least 5 min. She eventually grabbed her dog carrier and personal items from the back and left. Not sure if she was a friend of an employee or an owner.And to top it off, the employees didnt know the wifi password and made no effort to figure it out. Will not be back and would not recommend.

My favorite boba and popcorn chicken ever. The chicken is juicy and well seasoned made fresh!. I also had the pork rice bowl, was OK but should've just gotten another popcorn chicken order.

We came in with our family of 12 around 8pm. We had just ate hotpot at Legend Hotpot and decided to walk around the area and find some boba shops that were still open New Years Eve. Ume popped up on Yelp and the yummy looking drinks and cute ambiance got my attention.We ordered some milk teas and fruit teas. Don't remember specifically what everyone got, but I, my cousin, and sister ordered milk teas and we all agreed that it was very watered down and bland. My cousin and I got the cookies and cream creme brûlée and my sister got the Thai tea creme brûlée. However, my other sister got the white peach tea and said her drink was good. So it may have been that the milk teas that night wasn't good.

This place was really not that good at all. the only thing they have going for them is the aesthetics. i got the brown sugar boba with oolong tea and it was whatever. the bobas aggregated and formed one giant blob of boba at the bottom of my cup and i was unable to suck any of them up. the service was horrible as well as we waited about 20 minutes for two drinks. people who ordered after me had their drinks first. not sure why it takes so long to make a tea, but it was a little ridiculous.

This place is crazy! Crazy in a good way. My friends and I wanted to grab a quick snack for the road before a long trip to Sacramento. We were craving something sweet and something savory and this was the perfect place. When we got here, it was a little busy but totally worth it. The employees were extremely nice and helpful with the menu. All the items on the menu have a bunch of different toppings and jellies so make sure to double check.My husband got the Strawberry Matcha Tea w/ Matcha Ice Cream and I ordered the Passion Fruit & kumquat Green Tea w/ Aloe. Both were great! My husband, strawberry Matcha drink was like a dessert, but still full of strawberry flavor and refreshing. Mine was so refreshing, I actually wish I had another during this road trip.Also, don't forget the popcorn chicken! It is to die for!Pro tip: Order online to skip the line!
Got the lemon green tea with tea jelly and 50% sugar with less ice. You can choose the tea which I chose four seasons for a more "tea" flavor as the employee claims. After the first sip all I taste is lemon, none of the tea flavor pulled through. Tea jelly tastes like nothing either. Drink overall was a 3/5, nothing great about it and they got our orders wrong despite we ordered it in the terminal. Place looks clean with a cute bunny mascot placed all around.

I come here often because it's right next to tasty pot. The drinks are mediocre but I've made it a habit to stop by this place right after tasty pot. I tried a few drinks here and among them all I prefer the matcha strawberry drink. A scoop of match ice cream comes with it. Very strong matcha flavor. Mix it well or else you'll taste nothing but a teaspoon of matcha powder. This place is quite expensive too. Two drinks plus a popcorn chicken already $20 + ...

Both the boba tea and the food is delicious. For lunch today, I ordered Thai Tea w/creme brulee, Black Milk Tea, a bento box, and Spicy Clam and Oyster soup, omg it was good!!! all of it!! The only small minor qualms that I have is when placing the order online and inputting comment to seller, I wrote "please no boba on milk tea", it was overlooked. no big deal, I just take the boba out. very good food and drinks.

Seems to me that this store was franchised out to a family business that does not really care about the quality. Ordered two big combo tea at 30% sweetness. The two cups I got weren’t even at the same sweetness level and was obviously too sweet, sweeter than 70% at other umi stores. After one sip asked if they could remake one of the sweeter one. Gave a lot of ridiculous excuses and suggestions including “you want me to add more ice?!” Won’t come back.
