We ordered 3 hamburgers. All 3 double bacon burgers. All 3 no cheese, 2 without onions. They didn't even get one of them correct. How does that happen? I usually check my order carefully as I have food allergies, but we were in a hurry. We had to throw one burger in the trash as we couldn't eat cheese. So we paid for food we ordered but never got, and we were charged for food we didn't order. The people we really nice though.

Great place and great manager. She is very experienced in customer service. I also noticed that this Wendy's was by far the most cleanest restaurant I have ever dined in. I will be back always.

I wanted to use my points on the app to get a burger. The manager was there and I was told that I had to pay for something in order to use my points. Fast food places that let you use points on the app dont make you pay for something to use your points
