I wanted to use my points on the app to get a burger. The manager was there and I was told that I had to pay for something in order to use my points. Fast food places that let you use points on the app dont make you pay for something to use your points

Horrible Wendy’s! With prices so high, you could at least fill the cups correctly to the top. Also my large chili came 2” from touching the top. 2 strands of cheese for 50 cent charge.. Rip Off!! this place sucks!

I only come to this Wendy's because it's close. The drive thru staff is almost always rude and always makes me park to wait for the food, even if there is nobody ahead of or behind me. They shove the food & hot drinks (at breakfast) through the window, with no opportunity to make sure the person in the car has a good grip. There is no greeting, there is no thank you, and I don't feel welcome or appreciated.

On second thought, might find a further Wendy's to try or stop coming altogether - that's how much I don't want to support this franchise owner or staff.

Went through the drive though to tonight and it was very hard to hear the clerk. When I got to the window they didn't repeat my order but provided me the receipt it showed correct. When I went to open the order I pulled out plain burger, should have been just burger and a Bun it was not it had onions and sauce. I'm allergic to onions. When I looked further in the bag I noticed the other plain burger I paid for was missing. The fries and the nuggets were ice cold. And the bacon actor had one half piece of bacon. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.

Got food poisoning from this place yesterday. They were severely understaffed and probably didn't cook the meat all the way through. My kid and I both got poisoned. It was really bad. We're still recovering as I write this so I don't forget.
