This location doesn't let you order food in person. Employee had a handwritten sign that says online orders only. They wouldn't let me order in person so I left.
Have always enjoyed Wingstop, but this location has gone downhill quickly! We ordered a bunch of PLAIN wings so we could dip them in whatever sauce we each liked. We had to repeat the order because they kept trying to change our order to "mild" buffalo wings with fries. In the end, we thought the order was right, but when we got it (after a LONG wait), the fries were overcooked (starting to burn) and had hardly any seasoning and the wings were ALL buffalo flavored wings, which we all hate. Instead of wasting more time trying to explain the order when the employees didn't speak hardly any English and clearly couldn't understand what we were ordering, we left with "food" in hand. Very disappointed!

Ordered online, food was ready on time as scheduled. Boneless wings were good and flavorful. The ranch is great, and the carrots just become a vehicle for the ranch... actually, the carrots are good too.

Leo served me and was super sweet and helpful with my order! I wasn’t sure which flavors to try and he gave me a sample and was super accommodating! The tenders were crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend!!
This location, man. I don't know who the kid is running the orders and register but this dude has the worst customer service I've experienced at any Wingstop around here. Dude is the least personable person I've encountered and doesn't know how to speak to people. I'll just get Popeyes next time cuz that's right across the

The truth is that they wanted to rob me, I asked for my order by phone and when I got to the store they said that they didn't even have one of my orders and it was 78 dollars for an order. They told me that it was in the wrong location because there they didn't even receive calls and I gave them my name and my phone and NY so then I went out and called the store number and they told me that this was my order and that was how they gave it to me but they didn't even want to listen to the person who has the purchase record and the payment on the phone but they ize the Report to the supervisors of that store but they get abused if they want to rob you, call the store number and they have the payment history
The best service! And very delicious. I have bought at several branches and this is the best.
Very bad service
According to the cashier, he doesn't receive $50 bills, the purchase was $49 and I had to give them to him plain or else I couldn't place my order, which I didn't have, and I had to go change them because they don't receive them, which I don't believe which restaurant they go to. to let the customer leave for that reason.
These people here hire SHITTYY people. came before closing and they wouldn’t take an order. Avoid these LOSERS.

Wings were small overcooked and extremely dried out almost like the were leftovers from earlier in the week and just deep fried again ….fry’s was a little soggy. The guy serving us was very short and the girl in the picture was on her break watching videos on her phone and it was blaring trying to compete with the music.And the entire time we were there not a single table was wiped down…….we won’t be back
