Lovely Smiles

My sister and I ordered 30 min before arriving food wasn't ready. For my order I was told repeatedly I didn't have an order. Then she found the receipt in their system. I told her I wasn't willing to wait and needed a refund. She told me there was no manager( I stood in confusion because why wouldn't there be a manager at all time or at night to close up. She FaceTimed the manager and they spoke in Spanish, of course the young lady assumed I couldn't translate and was saying I'm black. What does my race have to do with my purchase. I told her to be careful with her words. Mind you my sister is waiting over 15 mins while getting my refund. Then they call her name and they acted in disbelief that that's her order. I'm so disgusted with the overall franchise I guess wingstop only good in the east coast because every locations out here sucks & are racist as hell. Wingstop sees these reviews and do nothing you don't care about your customers and your workers Jesus, what goes around comes around. ( mean the same horrible energy will get every last one of those people involved)

Oily overload! đŸ€ą Couldn’t get past two pieces. Cheese dip? Zero salt 🙄. Took everything out for pics (see them). Why drown it in oil, Wingstop? And somehow, it’s still dry! đŸ„ŽđŸ˜”â€đŸ’« Definitely my last order.

Food was alright I had to wait longer then the estimated time I was given while I waited the girl upfront at the register was mean to the workers idk if she’s the manager but it is no way to talk to workers in a rude way I hope she changes her attitude with the staff who cooks the food they all would just listen to her giving orders in a rude way I hope the manager or someone above her talk to her and I hope her staff speaks up and say if they are being harassed by this (Lizette)

Placed an order online, and everything went through. Even got an email to confirm my order. When I arrived to pick it up, they stated they never received my order. Paid online $34 dollars. Manager only said, it happens sometimes. wow, never again will I order from that place.

The wings were decent, but I wish there was an option to have the sauce on the side—they were a bit too soggy. Service wasn’t very friendly, and there was an unpleasant sewer smell near the soda machine that definitely took away from the experience

This has always been my go to. They are friendly and quick. Like that I wasn’t asked to do my order on line with 3 employees standing there doing nothing like the Farwell address store.

RUDE BOi

Honestly this Wingstop location is one of the best in the East Bay. I have went to multiple locations this past month in Fremont/Union City area and everything always come out burnt and soggy as if they don’t change their oil. On the other hand this location seems like they actually care for their customers, ordered online on 6/18/25 @ 9:32pm and let me tell you the wings were perfectly cooked crispy and seasoned. The chicken tenders were also perfectly crispy and fries were also perfectly crispy. Thanks to the Amazing girl up front working by herself, and providing excellent service highly recommend this place out of any other location.

This location doesn't let you order food in person. Employee had a handwritten sign that says online orders only. They wouldn't let me order in person so I left.

Have always enjoyed Wingstop, but this location has gone downhill quickly! We ordered a bunch of PLAIN wings so we could dip them in whatever sauce we each liked. We had to repeat the order because they kept trying to change our order to "mild" buffalo wings with fries. In the end, we thought the order was right, but when we got it (after a LONG wait), the fries were overcooked (starting to burn) and had hardly any seasoning and the wings were ALL buffalo flavored wings, which we all hate. Instead of wasting more time trying to explain the order when the employees didn't speak hardly any English and clearly couldn't understand what we were ordering, we left with "food" in hand. Very disappointed!

Ordered online, food was ready on time as scheduled. Boneless wings were good and flavorful. The ranch is great, and the carrots just become a vehicle for the ranch... actually, the carrots are good too.

Leo served me and was super sweet and helpful with my order! I wasn’t sure which flavors to try and he gave me a sample and was super accommodating! The tenders were crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend!!

This location, man. I don't know who the kid is running the orders and register but this dude has the worst customer service I've experienced at any Wingstop around here. Dude is the least personable person I've encountered and doesn't know how to speak to people. I'll just get Popeyes next time cuz that's right across the
