We usually order from here all the time. Usually good for the most part. Orders always correct just sometime needed to say fresh fries so we get them nice and hot. But this one particular Time we had ordered inside and had the best customer service we have ever had from a Wingstop employee. His name is Leonardo. We felt welcomed to the point we wanted take out and ended up sitting in to dine. Always asking what we needed and how the meal was going. Service was great , food was great, highly recommend!

Walked in not even a customer in the store during lunch hour employee pops out of the customer area says I'm on my break. Can you wait 10 minutes to make my order? Ended up walking out

The service was fast and the workers were friendly. It was great vibes being in the store staff was nice and seemed to be in a great mood. The food was delicious and the fries weren't burnt like the other Wingstop I go to does.

Have always enjoyed Wingstop, but this location has gone downhill quickly! We ordered a bunch of PLAIN wings so we could dip them in whatever sauce we each liked. We had to repeat the order because they kept trying to change our order to "mild" buffalo wings with fries. In the end, we thought the order was right, but when we got it (after a LONG wait), the fries were overcooked (starting to burn) and had hardly any seasoning and the wings were ALL buffalo flavored wings, which we all hate. Instead of wasting more time trying to explain the order when the employees didn't speak hardly any English and clearly couldn't understand what we were ordering, we left with "food" in hand. Very disappointed!

Wings were small overcooked and extremely dried out almost like the were leftovers from earlier in the week and just deep fried again ….fry’s was a little soggy. The guy serving us was very short and the girl in the picture was on her break watching videos on her phone and it was blaring trying to compete with the music.And the entire time we were there not a single table was wiped down…….we won’t be back

This location is so disappointing. I thought they turned it around this year with new staff but it's back to being gross. Our fries were soggy undercooked mush. The wings were chewy and undercooked as well. Definitely done going to this wingstop.
