Was staying at the chase hotel, so we decided to eat at restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, was sort of empty, so we were able to find a seat quickly. I picked the shoyu ramen and it tasted good, it's a rich broth. We only waited about 10 minutes for the food to come out, so it was pretty quick. We were later given some candy as we left.

This is actually my second time dining here. The food is really good here along with the atmosphere! I don’t often eat ramen, but as of now, this is my go to. The staff are friendly to me. It’s located at Newpark Mall specifically at the area where Jack’s Restaurant & Bar and Vinum is. They pretty much serve appetizers, boba, and lunch offers.
When I ordered to go, they were really fast, but for some reason, they take longer as usual. I guess that they’re prioritizing people who ordered to go. Anyways, I’ll be trying other dishes when I come back!

Cons: Didn’t get any water for the table. No kids options. So paid full price for noodles, soup, and meat. Found a hair in the ramen (may be hard to see in the photo). Ramen lacked flavor.

Chicken Katsu was amazing! My boyfriend was so pleasantly surprised by how good it was he even said he wants to eat this everyday. The Miso Ramen was bland, don’t recommend it unless they change their recipe or something.

Seasoned edamame was good, service was good. Vegetable ramen was average, tasted better with chilly paste.
The Yugo ramen was great! Recommend with spice on the side. The spiked boba had a strong taste but the service was great! Pet Friendly. We had outdoor seating because of my cat but it was a nice evening. Thank you

It’s okay. It’s not great like what you get in Japan and some ramen restaurants in San Jose, but it’s one of the few ramen restaurants that offers pearl drinks and outdoor patio. Those are pluses for me so I can bring my dog to chill with me.

DO make reservations for big parties ahead of time for accommodations indoors. Otherwise, plenty of outdoor seating for your dining experience.
