The Drifting Sands Cafe is by far THE best place for breakfast or lunch in Newberry Springs. The volunteer wait/dishwashing staff work only for tips but create an environment of family to the patrons. Wanna know what's going on in the area, definitely stop in to the real community hub for breakfast the locals are friendly knowledge and always ready to converse!
Always great service here and the food has never been anything short of exceptional. If you have doubts... don't. Foods great, service is top notch, and the prices are more than affordable.
It's a cool place for ppl to hangout and eat. I like how they offer medical services for low income ppl. They do pap test, draw blood for test, physicals for women, men, school and sports, blood pressure testing, EKG testing, sick visit, pregnancy test and vaccines for adults and kids. Refill non psychiatric meds and non narcotics. The services are not free you will need to pay a low cost fee of 75 bucks if no insurance.
