I used to live in Newbury for a few years and then moved back down to Glendale. Ever since I moved I drive up almost every weekend to come to this coffee shop. They have great food (the chocolate chip banana nut bread is sooo yummy) and great drinks, it’s such a treat for me on the weekends when I can make it up. I started my trek at Fitness 19, made my way to Trader Joe’s and then ended up at a hidden local coffee hangout called Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters. What a delicious surprise it was! My friend and I split a giant order of avocado toast which consisted of a large slab of sourdough slathed with avocado mash sprinkled with queso cotija, pepitas, tomatoes, sprouts, and the secret ingredient-chili oil. My smooth iced cafe americano made it all go down divinely!
Amazingly yummy coffee. I always get the iced burbon latte and it's always a 10/10 for me. Sometimes I'll grab a pastry and they're always yummy and fresh as well! Prices are a little steep but I think it's well worth the cost. I'd go here over starbucks any day.
