If you want the best of small family Japanese restaurants,please do not go here. So good , the best of many. I always get the Blue fin Tuna, Always Happy. I go with my Sister and Brother in Law any chance we can get together and we have never had any problem, top Notch Family Sushi ! Don't go there, too crowded go away..... or not..Smooches....

I have been eating sushi for over 30 years and have enjoyed sushi all over the US and the world (including Japan). I can honestly say that Sushi Oaks is one of the best if not the best sushi restaurants I have had the pleasure to dine in. The fish is always top notch. The flavors of the rolls are fantastic.

It shows a lot when people are waiting outside to get in before they open. The food is delicious every time! The ambience is also very nice, but usually order the food to go because it's always delicious and the wait proves how amazing the sushi is. Forever customer!

I've got to say that as incredible the food is and as amazing the staff are, I'm giving a one star because packaging takeout in styrofoam and plastic bag just is very upsetting. I'm willing to revise my rating but this terrible practice really needs to change.

I cannot recommend sushi oaks enough! It's one of the must visit places if you're in the area and if not, make your way over. The quality of fish is absolutely divine. My favorite dishes are the albacore sushi and the lime zest halibut. There's almost always a wait, but it's well worth it for the quality of food. As far as other rolls, I would go with the Sapporo roll for sure! The service is great and the ambiance is what you'd expect of a standard sushi restaurant. Come hungry and be prepared to be satisfied!

Always a great time at Sushi Oaks. Our favorite roll was probably the albacore special but the BK was solid as well; one could say the albacore had umami going for it. No phone eats first here; our plates were empty.
