I’m all about the quality of food over the aesthetic of a restaurant. The food here is absolutely delicious. I had scallops, crab cakes and pesto pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly. This restaurant is perfect for a satisfying dinner date night.

We ordered catering from La Fornaretta for our rehearsal dinner which we served at a nearby rental property in Newcastle, and it was phenomenal. We had eaten in restaurant twice and were so excited to find this little gem for our big wedding weekend. G was incredibly easy to work with! First time at La Fornaretta, but it’s been on our list for quite a while. So glad we finally made it here. It’s the kind of place my wife and I like, really good food and service with a casual atmosphere. We started with the salmon carpaccio and then had the sole over risotto and tortelli with pink sauce as entrees. All were wonderful! Nice selection of wine and beer. We sat outside and enjoyed our meals and wine. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!
