I had high hopes for this pizzeria, but I was seriously disappointed. First off, the service was incredibly slow. We waited over an hour for our pizzas, and when they finally arrived, they were cold! The toppings were sparse, and it costs $30 for a smaller sized pizza!! To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in fixing the situation. When we politely mentioned the issue, they brushed it off and didn’t offer any solutions. The atmosphere was also lacking – the place was dirty, and the tables hadn’t been wiped down.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good pizza.

Need a disclaimer that these are personal sized pizzas. Ordered 2 pizzas thinking they were family size. Tastes good though!
Long time patron and first time reviewer. I frequently enjoy Newcastle pizza during the week with between 4-sometimes 12 of us. We continue to come to Newcastle Pizza because of the service, kind and welcoming atmosphere and consistently great food. Our usual server is Hollie and she is hands down, amazing. She juggles multiple tables at a time (and it is usually packed) with large orders and smiling ALL the time, always checking on us. We are not one and done customers but coming week after week enjoying great food and most importantly great vibes and service. Thank you for this sweet little spot in a wonderful community with fantastic staff!

My family discovered this restaurant this past Monday and we enjoyed ourselves so much it has become our favorite wood fire pizza spot. We have been looking for a good pizza place for a long time and we were willing to drive 40 minutes to get to it. We went back on Thursday and enjoyed the food, however our server Holly made it less appealing compared to the first time.We decided to go back on Saturday and arrived before they open at 4:30pm to grab a booth. We walked in exactly at 4:30pm and Holly (same server as last time) told us to sit down. We waited for the server and wanted to order before anyone else since our 3 year old was getting restless. However we waiting over 10 minutes and another 3 parties came in to sit down. After waiting even longer Holly proceeded to take orders from aLL the other 3 parties that arrived 10 minutes after we sat down, from to people at the bar and over the phone orders.I started to feel that she was intentionally ignoring my family. She walked by us and told us she will be back to get our order, but then proceeded to take another table parties offer that just sat down and took their order. At this point, I felt prostrated especially since she saw that we have a toddler and arrived first on purpose to get something for her at least started.When she finally walked by our table again to proceed to another table, after walking by us at least 10 times, my family decided to leave. We wouldn’t enjoy our dinner with a server so rude. Before I left I expressed to her how very disrespectful she was and that she was intentionally ignoring our table. I am sorry for the owner who has such disrespecting staff and I am sorry that we will not be coming back again. We usual spend a good amount of money per our visit and the owner just lost those sales from my family. We will continue to go to our other pizza restaurant as we have been twice weekly instead.

After our longtime regular place went south, we needed something new. We found our new favorite Pizza Place! My daughter and I have been three times and ordered differently each time. Nothing has let us down! Their crust is amazing and the atmosphere is great. Servers are always happy and smiling and it gives a great small town feel! Great place to be and the food is lit!!!! Thank you for keeping it real, and making the best pizzas we have eaten in a long long time!!
Kid-friendliness: Our server was great and such a good attitude that even my 14 year old daughter noted it. It really makes a difference when your treated right.
