Awesome
Bivium means a place where 2 roads meet... & this is a wonderful place to have that happen.
The place is very warm, inviting & attractive. The man behind the bar, Jake, couldn't have been more gracious & knowledgeable. Major contribution to the atmosphere.
I tasted 3 of the wines currently being poured, a Rose, a Gamay & a Grenache. All 3 were very good. The Gamay was a knock out.
Plan to go back again & introducing more to the wines & the vibe.

Not a wine drinker but stopped in on a Saturday night to wait out another restaurant wait time and this place was awesome. Drank the suggested wine and it was delicious. Vibe was great, live music not too loud, Joey was our server and he was great. Can see my group coming back.
