We called to tell them that we are late by 15 minutes (from 12.15 to 12.30). When we arrive at 12.30, they already canceled our reservation !! When we talked to the host again, she said to wait until 1 pm. We were seated at 1.15 pm indoor (although we specifically asked for outdoor seating on the reservation). Totally unprofessional!! You do NOT cancel a reservation if the guest already called and asked for 15 minutes delay. Mind you, we came all the way from Beverly Hills and to be treated like trash !! There were no service at all. The waiter took our order and disappeared!

Food and service were exquisite, thoughtfully prepared and beautiful presentation. Setting in the lovely Sherman Gardens is delightful. Sorry to see Dahlia leaving this location, but will look forward to visiting new location in Sunset Beach.

A delightful atmosphere dining on delicious food in a garden. Will definitely return to share the experience with family and friends.

My mother was in town on holiday. I have taken her to Dolly before and she really enjoyed it as well as the beautiful gardens. This time she enjoyed it immensely she had shrimp and pesto. Then we of course got the biscuits. I had salmon which I've had several times at Dahlia always wonderful!

A charming café tucked inside a garden. It gets very busy on weekends, so reservations are a must.

I’m a big garden fan, and I made the reservation for a casual Sunday brunch because of the location and atmosphere, little did I know the food totally outshine the beautiful setting.
We were a bit late to our reservation and ended up waiting for quite some time to get our table, but the hostess gave us the best table (in my opinion) in the restaurant, definitely loved where we seat to begin with.
The drinks are all very unique and full of garden characters. I wish I could’ve tried them all. Since I’m a bit of a lightweight, we stuck with the Birds of Paradise and the Pomegranate Mimosa—both were absolutely delicious. Then everything just continues to impress us course after course.
BF after trying the long waited fresh baked biscuit says - and I quote - “ I’ve never had biscuit before”. The beautiful garden salad, honestly looks prettier and tastes better than one I had in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The salmon and flat iron, they are totally out of control good, great presentation and perfectly cooked - there is not a single bite that I didn’t love from start to finish. We totally over indulged ourselves at this point but still ordered a cream brûlée just because we didn’t want to miss out on anything, end up couldn’t quite finish.
The restaurant was swamped that day but our server was warm, friendly, who clearly takes great pride in and has a genuine love for this place.
I will definitely come back soon with more friends.

Amazing food and friendly staff! Just a heads-up—there’s a $5 entry fee for the garden, as others have mentioned.

We made a reservation in advance since my grandparents knew how popular this spot can get. It was definitely worth it!

The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were fantastic. I’d love to come back again for brunch with family or friends.

The only downside was the limited parking and the small dining area, which made things feel a bit cramped.

The food was just ok. I got the salmon and thought it was underseasoned. The plate looked nice, but the flavor was just not there. Service was good though. Don't buy their expensive biscuits, they tasted exactly like cheddar bay biscuits from red lobster (which I love, but wouldn't pay 30$ for).

A family birthday celebration with three generations well represented. Lots of noise but great fun and great service with garden fresh food to please every taste. Kudos and thanks!

Loved the ambiance and beauty surrounding the lovely indoor-outdoor space. The biscuits were to die for and the two salads we got were lovely works of art (that also tasted amazing!).

We were of ladies group of 6..all of thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and restaurant. Food was tasty and fresh. Service outstanding even to some of the picky ones there. Our waiter returned to see that everything was met our approval. We all came back to our larger group to suggest going there. Thank you. Jonk

We love Sherman Gardens! The restaurants food is excellent and services good. No gluten-free bread and no Dairy-free milk or cream for coffee. I had asked for an outside table when I made reservations and still was seated indoors. The tables are very close together and it's very noisy and was difficult for the servers to get between the tables to serve the customers. They need to remove 25% indoor tables to the outdoors with umbrellas. Then the employees and the customers could have a relaxing and excellent experience.

very great environment! But...it was busy. but u just need more servers. I waved at my server at least twice but she didn't see me cuz she was probably too busy and/or unaware. food is overpriced and overrated

What a beautiful spot to have lunch right in Sherman Gardens. Lovely environment the food is great especially those made to order biscuits! It's pricey but definitely a nice treat. I had the soup of the day Butternut Squash and it was amazing!
