Cute little deli in Newport with a small selection of fresh made sandwiches, soups, and deli sides. Not sure I would call it a ‘market’ though as they really didn’t have more than one cold case. They did have a variety of drinks and wine to choose from.I had the Newport Po’boy which was decent. $12. The little side of bread and butter pickles were incredible though. I need to find out if they sell those alone.Their pastry case looked good but I didn’t try anything. Next time!

Convenient place to get a good sandwich when staying in Newport. They can get pretty busy, so order ahead if you are in a hurry. The parking lot is small and tight and there is limited seating inside. They added more outdoor seating recently, which is helpful. I got the market club sandwich the last few times and it is a delicious, fresh sandwich and a good size as well. As others stated, it's kind of pricey and you don't get any sides with it. I also like their cauliflower salad. They have a large selection of refrigerated drinks for purchase, as well as trinkets and candles. My friends and I have been coming here for years and consistently get good sandwiches and salads. We rode our bikes there. They do have a small bike rack. The employees are not very friendly and some times the order takes a while even when it's not busy and you see employees standing around behind the counter. They also add an "employee benefit" charge automatically to your bill, which is not cool.

A Market has always been one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in the area! Their lunch, baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and coffee are so great.

True NB with THE BEST GRANOLA I'VE EVER HAD!!! It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny!!! The generous baked goods are awesome as well! I imagine everything is outstanding...but shhhhhh!!!...Don't tell anyone, k? ?Enjoy!!!!?

I highly appreciate their selection of salads, particularly their chicken salads. It is worth noting, however, that during lunchtime, long queues form due to insufficient staff. Apart from this minor inconvenience, it is a splendid establishment for enjoying a satisfying lunch.

The options are "food, service and ambiance, but my humble opinion is solely based on "pricing". My son and I had a quick lunch there and a couple of sandwiches, one side potato salad and two cookies later it was a $90 tab..!! Now, I will clarify that we did have a $20 bottle of wine, but a $70 dollar lunch is not quite what we expected. I am compelled to say though that the quality of all food was very good, so in the end we both were pleased with lunch, but wouldn't be doing it at those prices to often.

Breakfast ends at 11:30. If you show up at 11:36 they will not serve you. Not even try. Couple time we have gone the salmon bagel is always good but he service not so much cashiers seem irritated to be working the register.

Want to go to a local spot that is unpretentious with great ambiance? Come to A 's then...not to be confused with the NEW A's by Mastros. Hands down one of my favorite local spots. Excellent bartenders and a very lively late night crowd with consistently delicious food!

We love A market BUT THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. they are extremely unwelcoming and you always feel like a burden to them. There is never a smile, a hello or any sort of greeting. We keep coming back because we love supporting local businesses and truly LOVE the food. Every time we come (multiple time per week) I am constantly blown away at lack of training and personability of every single person I have interacted with here.

Came here for a quick stop for lunch during my break from work. The sandwiches were good (could use some flavor improvements though). However, the chai latte had an aroma that was so strong (like a department store perfume) that I only took a couple of sips and couldn't finish the drink at all. It's like as if someone dumped a whole bottle of perfume in a paper coffee cup. Is this how chai latte is made in general everywhere? Either way, I ended up throwing the drink in the bin. The food was overpriced as well (unfortunately the price is something that is beyond our control). Sadly, I won't be returning here.
