Absolutely extraordinary Service. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and my friend ordered a chicken salad, we also ordered the garlic fries I believe overall the food was really good. The Customer Service was super friendly, very attentive. Definitely recommend for anyone to try it out
We love BBC for lunch or anytime, but our last visit was disappointing. Service was lacking. Sat at table for 10 minutes before server came for drink order. Server never returned after our meal was finally served to reorder drinks. Very disappointing service for my mom's 91st birthday celebration. We were only a party of 6.
The food, views and atmosphere were lovely. However the service was inefficient and incomplete. For a longtime leader in classic service and high-end customer care like the Bay Club, this was a stunning disappointment. The shortcomings ranged from needing to flag our server to order our dinner more than 1/2 an hour after we'd ordered our appetizers, to a 15 minute delay between the 1st and 3rd main dish arriving at the table.
