The Mother's Day Brunch at Andrea was excellent from a number of factors. There was no shortage of options. The ambience was excellent. The service was efficient, friendly, and courteous. Ultimately, a buffet brunch at a resort as nice as Pelican Hill is pricey but the variety and quality of the food, service and surroundings made it worth it for sure.

One major issue...For our party of six, they charged a 25% gratuity fee and then asked for an additional tip fpr the servers. Not good.

**Disappointing Mother's Day Experience – Beautiful Setting, Poor Execution** We had high hopes for celebrating Mother's Day at Pelican Hill, especially given the resort's reputation. Unfortunately, our experience didn't match the setting. Andrea was polite, and the ambiance with views of the golf course was truly stunning—those were the highlights. However, the food selection was limited and surprisingly bland for the premium price. No champagne or celebratory touches were offered, which was unexpected on such a special occasion. What truly ruined the experience was a mishap with the surprise I had carefully planned for my wife. I informed the hostess this was meant to be a surprise, but our waiter unintentionally spoiled it by asking, “Will more people be joining us?” right after we sat down. To make matters worse, a power outage during our visit meant we missed out on the complimentary photo session, which would've been a keepsake for a day meant to be memorable. It's hard to believe such a beautiful place could deliver such a letdown. A celebration that should've been unforgettable felt mishandled. Hoping for better coordination and attention to detail in the future. — Eric B.

We enjoyed the Christmas Brunch and also celebrated a birthday.The selection of food was delicious and high quality, with excellent service. The staff went out of their way to acknowledge and wish happy birthday and provided delicious present of macaroons to go, as a gift. Wondering experience.

The food is not expected good and not worse for the value we spend, steak is salty, salmon is to much flavory, sushi is exploding under the sun, dessert is too sweet, the decoration and inside is not special. overall, this is the worse experience I had in my life.

They make you pay online and then you get there and they give you a bill. Manager, Sebastian wouldn't speak to me on phone. Embarrassed that my guests had to pay a bill I already paid through Open Table. Albert said he didn't know what I was charged. $235/person + 20% gratuity. Bad experience with management.

ABSOLUTELY..... this restaurant has managers who understand what the word family means. We felt like we were with family today with the staff here. Everyone says Happy Thanksgiving.... I spoke with Marcus and Michael (managers) and expressed our gratitude with the experience.

We were charged $1,000 (4 people) for a buffet meal that was subpar. Taking everything into account, I probably would have reasonably paid in total $250 for the entire meal. What was advertised on their website, which was dated for today's date and time was not what was served. The ambiance was similar to a Disneyland buffet, as in extremely crowded, overpriced, and chaotic. I'm not even sure why there was a tip considering it was a buffet and our waitress came by twice. She brought 2 cocktails, bottle of pelligrino, a coffee and 2 orange juices. Hardly deserving of a mandatory processing fee of $200+

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and certainly not up to your normal standards. While we were graciously greeted by name due to being repeat customers, and taken to a lovely table with a view, the service we received was extremely poor The waiter was simply overwhelmed with too many tables to handle, or he chose to pay more attention to others than to us such that we often had to ask for things from either the bus people or other waiters and dishes were just building up on our table as we had to ask someone to move them away. We could not express our disappointment with him enough and with his minimal contact with us, he found it necessary to make an appearance by making a rude remark that was really offensive. Also the Easter Brunch was so exceptional, the quality and diverse amount of dishes, the booth, the quality food and the waiter who was attentive and friendly. To top it off, apparently our displeasure with him was him gifting himself a 20% gratuity which was totally undeserved. All and all we have been here numerous times and felt underwhelmed and unnoticed and for the amount of money paid, it was totally a waste.

Great food and warm service. The special occasion buffet meal service in Andrea is a great high-end treat (have been there for Easter and Mother's Day.) Food selection is well thought out and delicious. Recommended!

Wonderful Mother's Day brunch! The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was outstanding and they decorated the tables so beautifully ! I will definitely go back for other wonderful events❤️

Overpriced with no Gucci Osteria ambience; china, linens etc. Not worth $195. per person. Too loud and the independent starting stations/buffet had nothing that indicated G. Osteria was involved. It was less than suitable, along with the dessert table. Will not participate again.

This event with Chef Mattia of Gucci Osteria was amazing. Every course was delicious!!! Service was also exceptional.
